The lottery is open to respondents aged 18 or over who complete a review. Entry is free.
To be eligible, the respondent must complete at least one legitimate and approved review of a current or past Australian employer on

The review must be approved by the moderator which means that the review needs to adhere to our Community Standards and needs to be associated with a verified email address. Reviews that are rejected by the moderator or not associated with a verified email address will be invalid.
Attempting to unfairly gain entry(s) in any way (for example, posting bogus reviews) will result in all the participant’s entries being invalid.
Business directors, management and employees, their immediate families, associated companies and agencies of JobAdvisor Pty Ltd are ineligible to enter.
The competition commences at 9:00 AM on Monday, 22nd July 2013 and closes at midnight on Monday, 30 September 2013 in Sydney, Australia.
The prize, two (2) nights on a super yacht, is valued at AU$20,000. The prize is not redeemable for cash. Due to availability of the super yacht, the prize must be redeemed before 1 April 2014. The super yacht is not available between 8 to 22 October 2013; 4 November to 3 December 2013, or; 20 December 2013 to 4 January 2014. Further date restrictions may apply due to other bookings.
If the winner is located more than 200km from the super yacht’s location, two return domestic economy class airline tickets from within Australia will be provided by JobAdvisor Pty Ltd. Airline tickets will only be provided to travel to the super yacht location in order to redeem the prize and are not redeemable for cash.
Food, fuel and standard alcohol will be provided free of charge while on board the super yacht and are not redeemable for cash. The winner’s stay on the super yacht is subject to further terms and conditions as specified in the M.Y.B.A Charter Agreement (some points of which are included below: Points 12, 13 and 14).
All other costs, including but not limited to transfers, meals, drinks and accommodation while not on board the super yacht are the responsibility of the winner.
The winner (CHARTERER) shall comply, and shall ensure that their Guest complies, with the laws and regulations of any country into whose waters the Vessel shall enter during the course of this Agreement.
The CHARTERER shall ensure that no pets or other animals are brought on board the Vessel without the consent in writing of the OWNER. The CHARTERER shall ensure that the behaviour of the charter party shall not cause a nuisance to any person or bring the Vessel into disrepute. The CHARTERER and guests shall afford the crew due respect at all times.
The Captain shall promptly draw the CHARTERER’s attention to any infringement of these terms by himself or his Guests, and if such behaviour continues after this warning, the Captain shall inform the OWNER or his Broker, and the OWNER may, by notice in writing given to the CHARTERER, terminate this Agreement in accordance with the M.Y.B.A Charter Agreement.
The prize will be drawn by a random, computer generated selection on Tuesday 1 October 2013 at 12 noon. The draw will be overseen by an independent scrutineer. The draw is not contingent on the winner being present for the draw.
The winner will be notified by email on Tuesday 1 October 2013. The winner will be required to contact JobAdvisor Pty Ltd via phone –02 9046 1350 – or return email to claim their prize once they are notified. The winner will not be reimbursed for the cost of a phone call to JobAdvisor Pty Ltd.
The prize winner will be published on various media, with permission from the winner.
In the event that a prize winner is not contactable within 7 days, and all reasonable actions have been taken by JobAdvisor Pty Ltd to contact the winner, a second chance draw will take place at the same premises at 12 noon on Tuesday 8 October 2013. The second chance prize winner will be notified in writing via email by 5pm on the same day of the draw.
This Trade Promotion lottery is to be known as the ‘JobAdvisor Super Yacht Competition’.
Full records of the prize draw will be kept for 12 months after the draw and will be available upon request.
