http://www.brisbanetimes.com.au/queensland/your-chance-to-be-a-brisbane-festival-reviewer-20130827-2so54.html

This year’s Brisbane Festival has more than 89 productions and exhibitions and more than 450 performances.

Brisbane Festival organisers - partners with brisbanetimes.com.au for 2013 - have generously allocated us tickets to large number of events.

Although I love my arts, I have to admit defeat – there’s no way I can get to all of them.

So with a loose theme of “street culture” running through this year’s festival, I’m looking for a team of “street reviewers” to help me cover this massive entertainment bonanza, and help spark discussion about the live arts.

You don’t have to have any prior experience reviewing – or even to have seen a live performance before. I want to get the lowdown on what Brisbane residents think about their festival - what you like, what you don’t like, what worked, what didn’t.

Your job will be to attend a performance or two (depending on your availability and scheduling requirements), then write a brief review, no more than 200 words, which will be published here on brisbanetimes.com.au.

I’m looking for people from all walks of life, all ages, all interests and experiences.

To apply to be a Brisbane Festival Street Reviewer, shoot me an email to nbochenski@fairfaxmedia.com.au with the following:

Your name
Your occupation
Your suburb
Your best contact number
Your Twitter handle (this is not essential but helps spread the word!)

The deadline is Monday September 2.
Go for it, give it a tweet!
