Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
The Promotion commences at 09:00 AEST on 05/08/13 and closes at 23:59 AEDST on 23/12/13 ("Promotional Period").
To enter, each entrant must, during the Promotional Period:
(a) purchase any Participating Product (defined below);
(b) visit
www.fabfeeling.com.au and fully complete the online entry form, including full name, address, email address and Participating Product barcode number and purchase date to be entered into the weekly prize draw;
(c) at entrant's option, and in order to be in the running for the Major Prize, upload onto the website's photo gallery ("Gallery") a photograph and caption of 25 words or less in response to the following question: 'What gives you that fabulous feeling?'

Multiple entries are permitted throughout the Promotional Period provided each entry is accompanied by a separate Participating Product purchase. Entrants must retain a copy of their original receipt as proof of a valid purchase during the Promotional Period.
Entrants that upload a photograph and caption into the Gallery in accordance with clause 4(c) above, must also adhere to the following conditions:
(a) Entrants must own the copyright in the photograph uploaded or be entitled and have permission to use the photograph in the manner contemplated by these terms, including use of the photograph for promotional purposes in accordance with clause 23 below.
(b) If an entrant wants to upload a photograph of a child to the Gallery, they must be the parent or legal guardian of the child depicted in the photograph and have the permission of all other parents/legal guardians of the child.
(c) By entering a photograph, entrants agree to the photo being made available for public viewing. Any person depicted in a photograph uploaded to the gallery must be decently dressed and presented.
(d) All photographs and captions are subject to the approval of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to vet all entries prior to them going live on the website and reserves the right to remove any entries at any time in its absolute discretion.
If for any of the above reasons above an entry is not approved as appropriate, the
entry for the major prize draw will be rejected.
There will be twenty one (21) weekly draws ("Weekly Prize Draws") conducted for this promotion. Entries close for each Weekly Prize Draw at 23:59 AEST on the dates specified in the table below. All draws will take place at Handling Matters, 1/3 Green Street Brookvale, NSW 2100 at 11:00 AEST on the dates specified in the table below. Non-winning entries in each prize draw will be eligible for subsequent prize draws.
The first valid entry drawn in each Weekly Prize Draw will win a pre-paid Visa Gift card to the value of $500 (Weekly Prizes). There are a total of twenty one (21) weekly prizes awarded across the Promotional Period. Total RRP of all Weekly Prizes is $10,500.
The winning entry of the Major Prize component of the promotion will receive $20,000 to be awarded in the form of a crossed cheque payable to the winner. The Major Prize component of the promotion is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the Major Prize winner. All entries will be judged individually on their merits based creativity and originality.
The total prize pool value is $30,500. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are not transferable and Weekly Prizes are not exchangeable for cash. The Promoter's decision is final and binding- no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. Entries will be deemed void if forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way. All prizes values are in Australian dollars.
The pre-paid Visa Gift Cards will be valid for at least 9 months after each winner is notified of their prize under clause 14. The pre-paid Visa Gift cards can be used in any store in Australia or overseas or for internet purchases where a VISA prepaid card is accepted, provided the merchant can process it electronically. The card cannot be used for mail or telephone orders or at ATMs. Use of the card at automated fuel bowsers will require the card to have a balance of at least $49, although only the actual amount spent will be deducted from the card's balance. Major prize entries close on 23/12/13 at 23:59 AEDST.
The judging for the Major Prize will take place on 14/01/14 at Colgate Palmolive, 345 George Street Sydney NSW, 2000. Entries will be judged by a panel of judges from Colgate-Palmolive. The best entry, as determined by the judges, will receive the Major Prize.
Weekly Prize winners will be notified by email within 2 days of the relevant draw and winner's names (and address of winners in SA) will be published in The Australian on 30/08/13, 02/09/13, 27/09/13, 24/10/13, 20/11/13, 18/12/13 and 14/01/14 (as appropriate) and online at
www.fabfeeling.com.au within two days of the draw dates specified in clause 7 and for a minimum period of 28 days.
The Major Prize winner will be notified via email on the 16/01/14 and the winners name (and address if the winner is from SA) will be published in the Australian on 20/01/14.
If necessary, a second chance draw will be held on 14/05/14 at the same time and place as the original draw in order to distribute any unclaimed Weekly Prizes subject to any written directions given by any regulatory authority. The first valid entry drawn for each unclaimed prize will win that prize. All winners of the unclaimed prize draw, if any, will be notified by email within two (2) days of the draw and winner's name (and address of winners in SA) will be published in The Australian on 21/05/14.
In the event that any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value subject to any written directions from the various lottery authorities.
The promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with this promotion.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of a winner accepting and/or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
The Weekly Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of Universal Gift Cards and Heritage Bank Limited. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner as a result of the conduct of Universal Gift Cards and/or Heritage Bank Limited or otherwise as a result of the winner accepting and/or using a prize (even if caused by negligence), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.
Entrants confirm and promise that their entry (including any photograph and caption uploaded into the Gallery) is original and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. Further, entrants agree that the Promoter has an unrestricted, irrevocable, transferable, divisible right and license to use and modify their entry and ideas provided by it for the purposes of the Promoter's business without the payment of any further fee or compensation. The entrant agrees to sign any further documentation required by the Promoter to give effect to this arrangement as a precondition to being awarded their prize. To the extent permitted by law, entrants unconditionally and irrevocably consent to any act or omission that would otherwise interfere with any moral rights in their entry.
Entries remain the property of the Promoter. Details from entries will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding this promotion. By entering this promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agrees that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant.
