Terms and Conditions
‘$4 MILLION Broncos Bucks Giveaway!’

Promotional Period
1. The ‘$4 MILLION Broncos Bucks Giveaway!’ promotion (“Promotion”) commences at 10am on Wednesday 28 August, 2013 and ends at the final grand prize draw on Sunday October 27, 2013.

Eligibility
2. In order to participate in the Promotion, persons must be 18 years of age or over.
3. Patrons who are suspended or excluded, including self exclusion, from Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd are not eligible to participate.
4. If the entry of a suspended or excluded person is drawn from the virtual barrel, the entry is deemed to be null and void and a re-draw will be conducted.
5. Broncos Leagues Club board of directors are not eligible to enter the promotion or win.
6. Unfinancial members of Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd including those that have not renewed, board of directors, management, employees of Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd and related corporations including their advertising agencies are not eligible to enter the promotion or win.
7. The immediate families, of the above mentioned, are also not eligible to enter the promotion or win, except in regard to employees when only the immediate families of employees who are directly involved with conducting the promotion are not eligible to enter the promotion or win.

Entry
8. Current 2013/14 members of Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd who play Broncos Leagues Club gaming machines with their membership card inserted will receive one (1) prize draw ticket to enter the Promotion with any win of $20 or more at any one time on Broncos Leagues Club gaming machines during the promotion period.
9. Members of Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd who play Broncos Leagues Club gaming machine with their membership card inserted on Mondays and Tuesdays will receive one (1) prize draw tickets to enter the Promotion with any win of $6.67 or more at any one time on Broncos Leagues Club gaming machines during the promotion period. This is what we define as ‘Triple Chances’.
10. Virtual prize draw tickets will be issued by Max E-Draw and automatically placed in the major prize e-barrel.
11. Members are required to activate their electronic tickets for each grand prize draw by either swiping their membership card at a Member Kiosk or inserting in an EGM from 12 midday on the day of the draw.
12. The computer at the Cashier will be used to conduct the draw.
13. ‘$4 MILLION Broncos Bucks Giveaway!’ will be selected and the 7 or 8 draws conducted using the virtual barrel on Max E-Draw.
14. The draw will be presented via a minimum of one television in each area of the
Club. It will show how much time is remaining for the winner to claim their prize.
15. A malfunction of the Max E-Draw system voids issue of virtual prize draw tickets
until it is attended to by Max Gaming.

Grand Prize Draws
16. The grand prize draws will take place at the main draw location in Alfie’s Bar at
Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd on Sunday September 8 and Sunday October
13, Sunday September 29 and Sunday October 27, 2013 from 2.10pm.
17. There is no limit to the amount of times a member may win.
18. Each selected name and membership number will be announced at the main draw
location via the public address system at Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd.
19. Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd cannot guarantee that announcements can be
heard in all parts of Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd.
20. To be eligible to win, each selected Member must present himself/herself to a
representative from Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd at the main draw location
on the gaming floor within three (3) minutes of his/her name being announced.
21. If a virtual prize draw ticket, appears to be tampered with or is otherwise invalid in
accordance with these conditions, Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd reserves the
right to refuse that prize draw ticket and a re-draw will take place immediately.

Identification
22. Selected members may be required to produce their 2013/14 membership card and
one (1) form of valid photographic identification or their membership card and two
(2) other forms of valid identification, acceptable to Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club
Ltd, to claim their prize.
23. If a selected member is required to produce identification and cannot produce
identification acceptable to Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd within three (3)
minutes from presenting himself or herself at the main draw location, a re-draw will
take place immediately and this process will continue until all conditions have been
satisfied.
24. Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd reserves the right to waive or vary the
identification requirements in circumstances where the identity of a selected member
is determinable without the assistance of a membership card or other form of
identification.
25. The decision to waive or vary the identification requirement is final and no
correspondence with be entered into.

Prize Giveaway
26. The grand prize draws will be conducted on Sunday September 8, Sunday September
29, Sunday October 13 and Sunday October 27, 2013 from 2pm.
27. At the Sunday September 8 & October 13 grand prize draw, 7 winners will be
selected.
28. 1 winner will be selected every 25 minutes from 2.10pm.
29. The prizes will be issued to the winners immediately as follows, 50,000 Broncos
Bucks ($500) at 2.10pm, 2.37pm, 3.33pm, 4pm, 4.27pm and 100,000 Broncos Bucks
($1,000) at 3.05pm and 4.55pm.
30. At the Sunday September 29 & October 27 grand prize draw, 8 winners will be selected.
31. 1 winner will be selected every 25 minutes from 2.10pm.
32. The prizes will be issued to the winners immediately as follows, 50,000 ($500) at 2.10pm, 2.37pm, 3.33pm, 4pm, 4.27pm, 100,000 ($1,000) at 3.05pm, and 4.50pm, and 1,000,000 ($10,000) at 5.15pm.
33. There is no limit to the amount of times a member may win.

Prizes
34. The prize of 1,000,000 Broncos Bucks is equal to $10,000 cash. The Broncos Bucks will be credited to the winners account immediately following the draw.
35. The prize of 100,000 Broncos Bucks is equal to $1,000 cash. The Broncos Bucks will be credited to the winners account immediately following the draw.
36. The prize of 50,000 Broncos Bucks is equal to $500 cash. The Broncos Bucks will be credited to the winners account immediately following the draw.

General
37. Virtual prize draw tickets will be added to the virtual barrel in between draws being conducted at the grand prize draw, however, once a draw has started, further entries will not be added until a winner for that draw has been found.
38. Virtual prize draw tickets will remain in the barrel for all four grand prize draws.
39. Winning prize draw tickets will not be returned to the virtual barrel.
40. Members can check their virtual prize draw ticket balance via the Member Kiosk by selecting the Barrel Draw icon, any time before or after a grand prize draw.
41. Should any selected entry be found to be invalid, or a selected entrant is found to be disqualified or ineligible to win, a re-draw/s will take place immediately at the draw location.
42. Entries to any re-draw will include all valid entries (excluding already selected entries) for the promotion. All normal entry requirements apply to a re-draw.
43. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of prizes.
44. Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd reserves the right to cancel or change the prizes offered under this promotion if there are any changes to the law, which
would or might render the promotion or any prizes offered under the promotion unlawful.
45. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry, which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
46. Winners will be notified in person.
47. In the case of an error in the Prize Giveaway mechanics the process will be re-started from the beginning or from where the error was made and re-corrected. This will be decided upon by Broncos Leagues Club management.
48. Conduct of the entire promotion, including decisions on the eligibility of persons to enter, shall be the responsibility of Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd, whose decision in all matters shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
49. To the extent that a situation or issues arises for which these terms and conditions make no provision or in relation to which the relevant terms and conditions are unclear, Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd reserves the right to make a decision regarding such situation or issue in its sole and absolute discretion and such a decision will be final and binding.
50. Entries not on official prize draw tickets are invalid and will be disqualified.
51. Entries generated in the Promotion may not be carried over to any other promotion or special offer.
52. Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd is not liable for any loss, damage or injury by any person in connection with the promotion.
53. Participation in the promotion confirms acceptance of the terms and conditions governing membership to Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd and the promotion.
54. All entries become the property of Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd and may be entered into a database and used for the Promoter’s marketing, promotional and publicity purposes. Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd respects your privacy rights. An entrant may request access at any time to personal information held by Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd on that entrant.
55. Winners of prizes may be asked to participate in publicity or advertising at the request of Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd. Participation in any such publicity or advertising is at the sole discretion of the winners.
56. A copy of the terms and conditions governing the promotion can be obtained from reception at Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd throughout the promotion period.
57. The names of the winners will not be published unless prior approval is obtained.
58. Continuation of the Promotion is at Brisbane Broncos Leagues Club Ltd discretion.
