CONDITIONS OF ENTRY - 1.
Entry is open to all Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and agents associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
2. Entrants must complete either the online entry form at worldexpeditions.com or the printed entry form available at World Expeditions events. Entrants must also provide a response in 25 words or less to the question ‘Why is a trek in Mongolia with Tim Cope a dream come true for you?’
3. Promotion commences on 21/08/2013.
Entries close 5.00pm EST on 31/10/2013. The winner will be notified by email and announced in the November edition of Only Footprints (6/11/2013) and on the World Expeditions facebook page. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

There are six (6) prizes to be won. The grand prize winner will receive:
a. Eighteen (18) day World Expeditions trip In the Footsteps of the Nomad with Tim Cope for one person. Trip inclusions as per the trip notes at www.worldexpeditions.com;
b. Travel clothing and equipment from Mountain Designs, valued at $1000NZD RRP
c. Total grand prize valued at a maximum of $6,090AUD.
Five (5) runner ups will each win a gift voucher form Mountain Designs valued at $100NZD RRP
d. Total prize pool valued at $6590AUD5. Prize is valid for one place on World Expeditions In the Footsteps of the Nomad with Tim Cope departing 27 July 2014.
Winner must travel 27 July – 13 August 2014. Travel is subject to availability and trips meeting minimum numbers to depart at the time of booking. The prize cannot be changed once the booking has been confirmed by the Promoter or its agents with the prize winner
6. Reservations must be made directly with World Expeditions and a booking form must be completed and signed by the participants acknowledging the terms and conditions of participation.
7. The 18 day World Expeditions portion of the prize is redeemable for the land only content, commencing in Ulaanbaatar as outlined in the detailed trip notes found at
www.worldexpeditions.com. The prize excludes international airfares, any taxes, travel visas and travel insurance. Any pre / post night hotels and airport transfers outside the scheduled tour dates, or other ancillary costs not mentioned in the detailed trip notes or within these terms and conditions are not included.
8. The prize winner is responsible for all other items of personal nature, including spending money, insurance, transport to and from their departure point, drink, meals (except where stipulated), personal equipment and all other ancillary costs.
9. The prize winner will have the option to donate $100 to a children’s charity which the tour group will be visiting during the tour.
10. The winner will be required to supply one article and image for the World Expeditions enewsletter, and post minimum two entries with images on the World Expeditions Facebook page.
11. Prize is not transferable, cannot be transferred to another person and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers. The prize cannot be exchanged for alternative products or services or redeemed for cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.
