‘The Disney Baby’ Competition
It is important that you read and understand these Terms and Conditions, particularly paragraphs about Disney's legal responsibility to you such as paragraph 7. If you do not understand these Terms and Conditions, you should seek help to understand them.
1. Competition overview
To enter ‘The Disney Baby’ Competition (the “Competition”), entrants must go to
www.facebook.com/disneyaunz and click on the Competition app. There, entrants complete and submit the entry form and answer in 25 words or less “Tell us what your favourite time of the day is to spend with your baby and why?” (the “Entry”).
Entry is open from Wednesday 21 August 2013 at 12:00 (AEST) and closes on Tuesday 17 September 2013 at 12.00 (AEST) (the “Competition Period”). Entry can only be made during the Competition Period. The Competition will be decided on Wednesday 25 September 2013 at 12:00 (AEST) (the “Selection Date”).

Entry into the Competition is free (except for any normal internet connection charges that may apply).
Entry and continued participation in the Competition is dependent on entrants following and acting in accordance with the Facebook Statement of Rights and Responsibilities, which can be viewed at

Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. The information an entrant provides will only be used for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions. 2. Promoter
The promoter of this Competition is The Walt Disney Company (Australia) Pty Limited (ACN 054 610 025) ("Disney") of Level 5, 650 Chapel Street, South Yarra, Melbourne, Victoria, 3141, Australia. Disney may contract the services of SAS Creative Agency or such other agency as Disney may determine in its discretion (the “Agency”) to administer certain parts of this Competition.
All prize draws will take place at the offices of Disney.
3. Eligibility
To be eligible to enter the Competition:
you must be aged eighteen (18) years or older and be a permanent resident of Australia and/or New Zealand; and
neither you nor anyone in your immediate family may be an employee of Disney, affiliated with Disney or connected to the Competition in any way.
The winner selection will take place on the Selection Date. The Judges will select from all valid Entries into the Competition ten (10) prize winners, based on creativity and innovativeness, to be awarded as the Competition prize winners (each a “Winner”). For the avoidance of doubt, ten (10) Winners will be selected in total. The Judges’ decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Winners will be notified by phone or email within seven (7) days of the Selection Date (see paragraph 1b). All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the Winners. The names of the Winners will also be displayed on the Competition website.
The Prizes must be claimed within three (3) months of the Selection Date. If for whatever reason any Prize is not claimed by this date, an unclaimed prize selection will be carried out on Friday 27 December, 2013.
If any proposed selection date falls on a public holiday in Victoria, that selection will be conducted on the following business day.
If any person first chosen as a Winner is found to be ineligible, they will be disqualified another entrant will be selected as replacement Winner.
5. Prize
There will be ten (10) prize packs (each a “Prize”) to be won during the course of the Competition. Each Prize will consist of:
one (1) x Disney Baby Prize Pack valued at AU$246.74, including:
1 x Winnie the Pooh Pram Book AU$9.99;
1 x Winnie the Pooh Chime Loopy Loop Ball AU$9.99;
1 x Winnie the Pooh Eeyore Comforter Blankie AU$12.99;
1 x Winnie the Pooh Twinkle Stick Tigger AU$12.99;
1 x Disney Princess OR Disney Cars Magical Sounds Potty AU$49.95*;
1 x Disney Minnie or Disney Cars Feeding Booster Seat AU$39.95*;
1 x Red Shirt Pooh Contour Potty AU$12.95;
1 x Red Shirt Pooh Step Stool AU$12.95;
1 x My Favourite Bear Musical Mobile AU$59.95; and
1 x My Favourite Bear Pram Blanket AU$24.99.
*the Winner has an option to choose which prize they would like to be awarded.
Each Prize is valued at total maximum value of AU$246.70.
The total Competition prize pool is valued at AU$2,467.40.
The Prize values are based upon the recommended retail prices (inclusive of GST). Disney does not accept any responsibility for a change in Prize value.
If you are a Winner:
You may not transfer the Prize to anyone or ask for any alternative Prize (including cash).
Disney may replace the Prize with another prize of equal value in the unlikely event that the Prize becomes unavailable.
If you are not able to take the Prize as stated, you will forfeit the Prize and no payment or compensation will be made in lieu.
Once the Prize has left the premises of Disney, responsibility for any damage, delay or loss to the Prize during transit will pass to you.
Disney may ask you to provide proof of your age, identity and residency, and to sign any required documentation including release forms as a condition of claiming the Prize.
You are responsible for all expenses and taxes connected to your participation in the Competition and not included in the Prize.
If requested by Disney, the Winner may be required and must agree to be filmed during the presentation of the Prize. The Winner hereby grants to Disney the right to issue, and authorise others to issue, publicity concerning the Winner, and the right to use Winner’s name (including any professional name or sobriquet adopted by Winner), likeness and biographical data in connection with the promotion of the Competition.
6. Ownership
Disney will own your Entry and will not return your Entry at the end of the Competition. You may keep a copy of the Entry for archiving purposes.
You agree that all of the rights (including intellectual property rights) in your Entry, including any copyright works in your Entry, belong to Disney and you hereby assign any rights you may have to Disney. This includes all copyright (present or future), other intellectual property rights and rights of ownership. You grant a perpetual worldwide license (including a right to sub-license) to Disney of all rights in your Entry pending completion of this assignment.
