Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
Entry is open to residents of NSW, QLD and ACT who are 18 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agencies and outlets associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. This promotion is limited to outlets in NSW, QLD and ACT that have been invited by the Promoter to participate ("Participating Outlet").
To enter purchase any 1Kg of Aussie Apples from a Participating Outlet during the Promotional Period to receive an entry form. Fully complete your entry and attach your valid receipt of purchase and mail to: 136 Cathedral Street, Woolloomooloo NSW 2011 during the Promotional Period.
The promotion commences at 10:00 EST on 19/08/2013 and closes at 23:59 EST on 15/09/2013 or while stocks of entry forms last (“Promotional Period”).
A draw will take place at Aura Interactive Pty Ltd, C14/372 Wattle Street Ultimo NSW 2007 at 11:00 EST on 17/09/2013. The first valid entry drawn will receive the Major Prize and the next 1,500 valid entries will each receive a Runners Up Prize.
The Major Prize consists of a four (4) general admittance tickets to the 2013 NRL Grand Final on 06/10/2013. The Major Prize includes return economy class airfares for two (2) adults and two (2) children from the Major Prize winners nearest capital city airport to Sydney, NSW (including all airport and airline taxes), departing on 05/10/2013 and returning on 07/10/2013, airport to Sydney hotel accommodation return transfers for four (4) and two nights twin share accommodation in a four star hotel for two (2) adults and two (2) children from 05/10/2013 to 07/10/2013. Prize valued up to RRP$7,900.00 depending on the winners point of departure. Each Runners-up prize consists of a synthetic football RRP$5.00 (“Runners-up Prize”). There is a total of 1,500 Runners-up Prizes. Total prize pool of Runners-up Prizes is RRP$7,500.00. Runners-up prizes will be delivered by mail within 14 days of the prize draw. Total prize pool RRP$15,400.00.
All other ancillary costs including but not limited to additional spending money, meals and beverages, additional transfers (unless specified), incidentals, taxes (excluding GST), insurance, transport to and from the Major Prize winners departure point, items of a personal nature, and any and all other expenses are the sole responsibility of the Major Prize winner. The Major Prize winner and their guests may be required to provide a credit card imprint at accommodation check-in. Travel arrangements to be booked by PMG Partners Pty Ltd (02) 9357 6477.
The Major Prize winner will be notified by telephone and mail within 2 days of the Major Prize draw and their name published in The Australian newspaper on 20/09/2013. Runners-up prize winners will be notified by mail within 14 days of the prize draw.
If necessary, a second chance Major Prize draw will be held on 20/09/2013 at the same time and place as the initial Prize draw in order to distribute any unclaimed Major Prize. The Major Prize second chance winner will be notified by telephone and mail within 2 days of the second chance Major Prize draw and their name published in The Australian newspaper on 25/09/2013. If necessary a second chance Runners-up prize draw will be held on 17/12/2013 at the same time and place as the initial prize draw in order to distribute any unclaimed Runners-up prizes. Second chance Runners-up winners will be notified by telephone and mail within 2 days of the second chance runners-up prize draw.
The Major Prize is subject to availability, including airline, transfer, accommodation provider and 2013 NRL Grand Final ticket availability. The Major Prize is also subject to the participating airline, transfer, accommodation provider and 2013 NRL Grand Final ticket providers booking and reservations policies, with the airline, transfer, accommodation and ticket providers reserving the right to restrict bookings at any time. All aspects of the Major Prize must be taken during the same period of travel. Any unused portions of the Major Prize will be forfeited. The Major Prize winner and his/her companions must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. The itinerary is to be determined by the Promoter and its agencies. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the Major Prize.
Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications.
If any prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from the lottery authorities.
The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with this promotion.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
Details from entries will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties, including but not limited to local lottery authorities, for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding this promotion. By entering this promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agree that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant.
