Entry is open to yourcoast subscribers only. Gold Coast Tourism Corporation, is a non-profit organization and solely owns the YourCoast.com website and the win family fun in Surfers Paradise Competition.
The Promotion commences 4.30 pm AEST on 12 September 2013 and ends 12:00pm noon AEST on 15 November 2013 (Promotion Period). The competition will be drawn at 12:30pm on 15 November 2013 at Gold Coast Tourism's office at Charles Avenue, Broadbeach.
The Competition Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Only one prize, as chosen by the first drawn correct entry, shall be awarded.
Family Fun in Surfers Paradise Prize includes;

◾Valued at $355. Competition winner will be determined by random draw of a correct answer to the skill test question asked during entry of contact details. Competition winner will be notified in writing via email with competition redemption details included. If unable to be contacted a new prize winner will be drawn at 12:30pm on 21 November 2013 at Gold Coast Tourism’s office at Charles Avenue, Broadbeach. Gold Coast Tourism has the right to publish the winners name and suburb of residence on external print and online medias.

In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. Prizes are not transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other goods or services, unless otherwise specified.
The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the promoter. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including without limitation direct, indirect and consequential loss and damages) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of entering the competition or accepting any prize offered as part of the competition, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
