1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the 1 of 16 Maclaren® Techno XLR Elite Strollers with HUGGIES® Change Mats Promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Promotion commences at 11:01 AEDT on 24 July 2013 and closes at 23:59 AEST on 11 December 2013 (Promotion Period).
3. Entry is only open to Australian residents who are members of the Huggies® Baby Club or the Huggies® Mum to Be Club (Huggies® Club Members). Entrants who are not already members can join online at
www.huggies.com.au. Persons less than 18 years of age and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies or companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
4. To submit an entry into the promotion (Entry) the entrant must during the Promotion Period:
(1) Purchase a 4 pack of Huggies® Change Mats (Purchased Product) and retain the original barcode from the Purchased Product (Original Barcode) and the original receipt as evidence of the date and time of purchase of the Purchased Product (Original Receipt);
(2) Log onto
www.huggies.com.au (Promotion Website);
(3) Click on the Promotion link on the Promotion Website;
(4) Accurately enter all required information including personal information and the Original Barcode into the online entry form for the Promotion;

(5) and submit your answer by clicking on the “submit entry” button, and
(6) Agree to the Conditions of Entry by selecting the “I agree to the Conditions of Entry” check box; and

5. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
6. Multiple entries in the Promotion are permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one entry permitted per purchase of a 4 pack HUGGIES® Change Mats product; (b) proof of purchase must be supplied if requested for each individual entry, and ©each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
All valid entries received prior to the close of each draw during the promotion will be individually judged by promotion judge(s) appointed by the Promoter to be held at Kimberly-Clark Australia, 52 Alfred St Milsons Point 2061

7. All entries will be judged having regard to the overall quality of the response to the Promotion Question, including literary composition, creative merit and originality. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
8. The top sixteen (16) valid entries will each win a prize. The prize consists of 1 Maclaren® Techno XLR Elite Stroller valued at $649.95 RRP (Prize).
9. There are sixteen (16) Prizes to be won. The total prize pool is up to a maximum of $10,400. The value of the Prizes is accurate and is based upon the recommended retail price at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prizes after that date.
10. The Prize (including any unused portion) cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied by a winner. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the Prize with a prize or prizes of equal or greater value (including where a Prize is unavailable), subject to approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory where relevant.
11. Each winner of a Prize will be notified by phone and in writing by email within 2 days of the relevant draw. Each winner’s name will be published on the Promotion Website. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of Entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the Entry process, or who submits an Entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Any Entry made with stolen, forged, mutilated, unrecognised or tampered with barcodes or proof of purchase will be deemed void. Entrants must retain their Original Barcode and Original Receipt. The winners of Prizes will be required to present these prior to receiving any Prize.
13. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for any lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected Entries.
14. Any Entry that is lodged by automatic, repetitive, robotic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents, including the use of a competition entry service (as determined in the absolute discretion of the Promoter) will void the entrant’s Entry.
15. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the Promotion including the prizes and these Conditions of Entry, subject to approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory where relevant.
16. The Promoter has no control over internet or mobile telephone communications, networks or lines, bugs, viruses and server problems and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, for any reason.
17. A tax liability arising as a result of accepting any Prize is the responsibility of the winner.
18. To the maximum extent permissible by law, the Promoter and its agents will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
19. If any act or omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Conditions of Entry, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject however to any directions given by any applicable gaming authorities.
20. All Entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter requires the entrant’s personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If the entrant does not provide the mandatory personal information requested then the entrant will not be able to take part in the Promotion. By participating in this Promotion, each entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s personal information to administer the Promotion, and disclosing the entrant’s personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter with administering the Promotion, and to third parties as required by law.
