CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
By entering this Promotion, Entrants agree to abide by these Conditions of Entry. The Promotion commences at 11.01am AEST on 26 September 2013 and closes at 16.59pm AEDT on 4 November 2013 (Promotion Period).
Entry is open to any Australian resident aged 13 years or older (Entrant). Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, related companies of the Promoter and agencies associated with the promotion and their related companies are ineligible to enter.
To enter the Promotion, Entrants must “Like” the Perfection Fresh Facebook page at
www.facebook.com/Perfection.Fresh.Australia then accurately complete an online entry form on the Perfection Fresh Facebook page and pick their favourite Perfection Fresh Vegetable from the list presented to them, and submit it so that it is received during the Promotion Period (Entry).
Entrants may only enter the Promotion once during the Promotion Period. Incomplete, indecipherable or inaccurate Entries will be deemed invalid. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promotion database. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay in, or failure of, transmission which causes an Entry not to be received within the Promotion Period.
No purchase is necessary to enter. Purchasing products will not help your chances of winning.
The total Prize Pool is valued at $889.93. There is one (1) Prize valued at $889.93. The Prize includes 1x$500 Woolworths Gift Card (RRP$500), 1x Pete Evans Stainless Steel Stockpot with Lid (RRP$199.99), 1x Pete Evans Hard Anodised Frypan 26cm (RRP $129.99), and 1x Pete Evans Cook with Love Cookbook (RRP$59.95). Prizes are not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery of prizes from being notified as a winner.
The Prize Draw will be conducted at 12.00pm AEDT on 7 November 2013 at 3/145 William St, Darlinghurst, New South Wales. The Prize Winner will be the first valid Entry drawn. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash.
The Winner will be notified by telephone within five (5) business days of the Prize Draw, will receive written confirmation within twenty-one days and their name will be published in The Australian newspaper on 19 November 2013. In their written confirmation, winners will be provided with details of how to claim their Prize and the date by which they must claim their Prize (Prize Claim Date). Winners may need to provide sufficient identification in order to claim their Prize.
If the Prize is unclaimed by the Prize Claim Date, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority, the Promoter may conduct a further draw on 19 February 2014 at the same time and location as the Prize Draw, in order to distribute the unclaimed Prize (Unclaimed Prize Draw). In the case of a winner, they will be notified by telephone within two days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw, receive written confirmation within twenty-one days and their names will be published in The Australian newspaper on 26 February 2014.
Supplying your valid contact details are part of the conditions of entry to this promotion. All contact details entered incorrectly shall be deemed invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries if the entry has violated the Terms & Conditions in any way.
The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Entries and Entrants and to disqualify any Entrant who submits an Entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the Entry process including the use of any form of automated entry device or software.
The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of, in connection with, or arising out of the Promotion or taking the Prize.
If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to fraud or causes beyond the control of the Promoter or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Promotion. The Promoter may disclose Entrants’ personal information to companies and agencies connected with this Promotion.

In order to conduct this Promotion, the Promoter needs to collect personal information about each entrant and may for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, gift suppliers and regulatory authorities. Participation in the Promotion is conditional on providing this information. It is a condition of entry that the entrant agrees to being entered into the Perfection Fresh Pty Ltd database. The Promoter and Perfection Fresh Pty Ltd may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant and for such other purposes as set out in the Perfection Fresh Pty Ltd Privacy Policy. ii. using the Entrant’s personal information for the purposes of carrying out marketing, planning, product development and promotional campaigns, in any media including email and SMS, unless an Entrant otherwise withdraws their consent to the use of their information in this manner; and
