This prize draw is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, with the exception of employees of the Promoter, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion.
Entries must be received by 5.00pm on 3 October 2013. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Proof of posting or sending is not proof of receipt. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid. Entries become the property of the Promoter and are not returned.
Competition opens on 1st October.
Winners are notified by phone on 18November 2013 and results will be published in the Bendigo Advertiser on Saturday 16 November 2013. ATV will be delivered to the winner’s home and presented with a photo opportunity that will be shown on the True Value Solar Website and in the Bendigo Advertiser).
Only one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize.
To enter go to competition you must complete and entry form which must be received no later than 5pm on 3 October 2013.
All correctly completed entries will be entered into a prize draw which will take place on 15 November 2013 at True Value Solar Bendigo Office ( 2/8 Wood Street, Long Gully, Bendigo 3550). The first entry drawn will be the winner.
First prize is an $4300 300cc ATV Quad Bike.
Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value.
The winner will be via phone and in the Bendigo Advertiser. The winner must claim their prize before close of business 18 November 2013. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.

The Promoter will use any data submitted by entrants for inclusion on to the Prospect Database. By entering this prize draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
The winner agrees to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their name and photograph in such publicity.
By entering the prize draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
