Entries will close on Sunday 27th October, 2013, at 11:59pm AEDT.
Throughout the registration period, MixFM listeners will need to go to the listed websites and/or ‘Like’ the Facebook page in order to register their details.
There will be a maximum of nine (9) national minor finalists in total, with three (3) per market (Sydney, Brisbane & Adelaide) including:
- An assessment and inspection of your property by a representative(s) of Narellan Pools.
- Note: Minor finalists are non-entitled to any prize.
There will be a maximum of one (1) national major prize in total (Sydney, Brisbane & Adelaide) including:
- One (1) Narellan Pool to the value of AU$38,000.00
- A Narellan Pool - Any pool in our range shown on the promotional site up to seven (7) metres and up to eight (
metres for the Federation design
- Your choice of any colour in the Narellan Pools Range
- Excavation, installation delivered with Hiab to standard site (access width minimum is 2.4 metres wide, level site) in Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane Metropolitan areas only
- Narellan AquaHydraulics including Mineral Pool sanitation, standard pump and media filter
- Two (2) lights fitted to the pool
- Heating Provisions fitted to pool
- Start-up minerals
- Brushed Finished Concrete Bond Beam 375 millimetres from waterline
- Handover and instructions on maintenance of pool supplied.
Total maximum value of all prizes: AU$38,000.00
No limitation on entries.
All entrants under the age of 18 must have permission from their parent or guardian to enter and/or claim their prize.
MixFM will nominate nine (9) entries in total from all the entries received to be a minor finalist.
Narellan Pools representative(s) will assess and inspect the nine (9) minor finalists properties. If a minor finalists property is assessed and it is identified that due to the nature of the site the installation cost will exceed the prize valuation & details as specified in sections 9 & 10 Narellan Pools representative(s) will cost the exclusions for the finalist in question.
Minor finalists must be able to show proof of ownership of the property to qualify for the draw when Narellan Pools representative(s) does the site inspection.
If after disclosing the cost of the excusion the finalist agrees in
writing to accept these additional costs should they win the draw, they may proceed as an entrant in the final draw.
The details of the all signed off minor finalists including the record of their acceptance of any exclusions, will be supplied to MixFM for entry in the major prize draw.
MixFM will nominate one (1) entry in total from the Narellan Pools approved minor finalists entries received to win the major prize.
This decision will be at the complete discretion of the promoter.
Minor finalists judging will take place 9:00am (AEDT), at 3 Byfield Street, North Ryde, NSW 2113 on Monday 28th October, 2013 by Network Activations Coordinator.
Major prize judging will take place 9:00am (AEDT), at 3 Byfield Street, North Ryde, NSW 2113 on Monday 4th November, 2013 by Network Activations Coordinator.
Minor finalists & major prize winner will be notified by telephone and writing (email).
Minor finalists will be notified within two (2) working days of the draw via telephone.
Major winner will be notified within two (2) working days of the Narellan Pools assessment and inspection via telephone.
Major winners name will be published on station website on Monday 4th November, 2013.
In the incident that the prize winners are not able to be contacted by the Australian Radio Network within three (3) months of the draw the winner will automatically forfeit their prize and a redraw will occur.
The redraw dates will occur on Monday 6th January, 2014, at 9:00am AEDT.
Prize winners will be randomly drawn at the re-draw at 3 Byfield St North Ryde NSW 2113 by Network Activations Coordinator

Prize is transferable within Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide
metropolitan areas only
No rebate or discount will be given if a pool smaller than 7
metres is chosen or needed.
No component of the prize is redeemable for cash.
Size upgrade is available for full retail price of the
additional cost to the pool shell and installation work.
Pool prize must be installed prior to June 30, 2015.
Narellan Pools cannot commit to any specific installation
date.

Minor finalists will only proceed into the major draw with
the written approval of Narellan Pools representative(s)
