Entry Restrictions
Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.
Entrants must be the holder of a current Australian driver’s licence.
If requested by the Promoter, entrants must be able to provide valid photo identification in order to be eligible to claim the Prize. Entrants who are unable to do so may be deemed ineligible to enter.By entering this Promotion entrants consent to their contact information being provided to the Promoters (being Nova and Kia).
Nova’s privacy policy can be located in clause 43 of these Terms of Entry.
Kia may store entrants personal information on Kia databases (including its related bodies corporate) and may use this information for future promotional and marketing purposes regarding their products and services including but not limited to contacting entrants via electronic messaging. Kia may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in communicating with entrants. Kia is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988. Entrants can view the Kia Privacy Policy at

Entrants can request access to the personal information Kia and its related bodies corporate hold about them by contacting Kia at the address contained in the Kia Privacy Policy. Competition Period
The competition begins at 6am AEST on 30th Sept, 2013.
Entries into the competition close at 5pm AEDST on 22nd

Entry Method
Facebook entry:
To submit an entry in the Competition via Facebook, an Entrant must,
during the Competition Period:
(a) "like" the Kia Motors Facebook page (if the Entrant has not already
done so or is not a Facebook "Fan" of Kia Motors) by visiting
https://www.facebook.com/Kiamotors and clicking the “like” button;
(b) follow the links on the Kia Motors Facebook page to the “Competition”
tab;
(c) complete the personal details section of the Competition entry form by
providing all the requested details including the Entrant’s first and last
name, a current and valid e-mail address, mobile phone number and
postcode;
(d) watch the video and state in 25 words or less an example of their
most uncomfortable moment within the entry field throughout the
duration of the Competition.
(e) Submit the completed Competition entry form online by clicking
‘submit’ on the Competition entry, which will entitle the entrant to
one (1) entry into the Competition.
(f) The Promoter will select up to seventeen (17) entries it deems to
be the “best” and award them a Minor Prize (as determined by the
Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion, based on the Judging
Criteria).
(g) The Promoter will judge each of the Minor Prize winners and
select the best entry, based on the judging criteria, and award the
entrant the Major Prize.
* Minor Prize winners and their entries may be featured on air throughout
the Competition.
