HOW TO ENTER:

Simply redeem points for any reward detailed in the 'October 2013 flybuys Reward Booklet' between 16/10/2013 and 29/12/2013 (promotional period) and you will automatically receive one entry into the competition.
Entries close 29/12/2013 at 11.59pm (AEDT)

Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions. Entry into this competition is deemed to be an acceptance of these conditions.
Entry is open to Australian residents 18 years and over who are current flybuys members (and to new flybuys members who join during the promotional period) and whose flybuys account is valid on the date of entry and the draw. Employees of the Promoter and its Agencies who are directly associated with this promotion and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
Competition commences at 00.01am AEDT on 16/10/2013 and closes at 11.59pm on 29/12/2013 (Promotional Period). The draw will take place at 12noon on 7/01/2014 at Focal Promotions, Suite 1, 20 Wangara Rd, Sandringham VIC 3191. The winner will be notified by mail and the winner's name will be published on www.flybuys.com.au on 14/01/2014.
The first valid entry drawn will win a 'Lunch With Curtis Stone' package for two (2) people which includes return economy airfares to Melbourne from the capital city nearest to the prize winner's place of residence (except Victorian residents), one night's standard twin share accommodation in a 4 star hotel, lunch with Curtis Stone, and a Curtis Stone 10 piece Cookware Set (1 only) - maximum prize value is $3,000. Flight & accommodation terms and conditions apply. The winner is responsible for all other expenses incurred including spending money, other meals, transport costs to and from airports and lunch venue, and any other ancilliary costs. Prize must be taken by 31/03/2014 and is subject to Curtis Stone•s availability - any part of the prize not taken is forfeited. The second valid entry drawn will win a 10 piece Curtis Stone Cookware Set valued at $499. Total prizepool: 2 prizes. Maximum total value of prize pool is $3499. Prize values include GST where applicable. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Value of prizes are shown as a guide only and were correct at time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Should the items specified in item 4 above be unavailable or superseded, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of a similar type and value, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory, where relevant.
Subject, where relevant, to any written directions given by the relevant gaming authority, any unclaimed prizes will be awarded in a further draw to be held at 12 noon on 18/2/2014 at Focal Promotions, Suite 1, 20 Wangara Rd, Sandringham VIC 3191. Winners will be notified by mail and the winner•s name will be published on www.flybuys.com.au on 25/2/2014.
To the extent permitted by law, The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of entering this Promotion, or receiving, accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission by the entrant. The Promoter is not liable for any delays in the processing of information or for late, lost or misallocated entries. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to reasons due to computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions under State or Territory legislation.
The Promoter may verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry, or for engaging in any unlawful or other improper conduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender will not be affected by the disqualification.
The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to include entrants in the promotion and where appropriate, award prizes. If any information requested by the Promoter is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, each entrant agrees that the Promoter may disclose entrants' personal information to State and Territory lottery departments, and that the winner's name and locality will be published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any personal information should be directed to the Promoter at the address stated below.

 Choosing your reward
To help you choose a reward, the specific reward details are listed for each reward at flybuys.com.au.
Please choose your flybuys reward carefully. Once you have redeemed points for your reward it cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded for any reason except where that reason is covered by a consumer guarantee in the Australian Consumer Law (for instance, where the reward is faulty or not as described).
flybuys reserves the right to make any changes at any time to the range of available rewards, the number of points required for a reward and the terms and conditions applicable to rewards, irrespective of the effect on members' points without prior notice and at flybuys' absolute discretion.
 How to redeem points for a reward
To redeem points for a reward, visit flybuys.com.au or call the flybuys Service Centre on 13 1116.
 Reward Terms and Conditions
All reward redemptions are also subject to the flybuys Terms and Conditions.
 Current flybuys account household postal address and email address
Where applicable, rewards (including reward letters) will be posted or delivered to the current flybuys account household postal address held in the flybuys system at the time of redeeming. Where rewards are delivered by email, the member's current email address held in the flybuys system at the time of redeeming will be used. For some rewards, flybuys may expressly allow the member to nominate another postal address or email address. For this reason, it is important to ensure flybuys has your current address and other contact details.
If posted, rewards will be sent by ordinary mail to Australian addresses only.
 Reward provider terms and conditions
Rewards may be subject to other terms, conditions and restrictions as are communicated or referred to by flybuys or the reward provider from time to time on their websites, or in the course of a member redeeming points for a reward.
Manufacturers' terms and conditions may apply.
 Rewards delivery time
flybuys will endeavour to deliver rewards within the stated time frame, but this may not always be possible. You must call flybuys as soon as possible if you do not receive your reward or reward letter within the specified delivery time.
Gift cards will be delivered within 3 weeks of being requested.
Merchandise rewards should be received within 4 weeks of being requested. If your reward is not received within this time frame, please call the flybuys Service Centre on 13 1116.
 Claims for non-delivery
To assist flybuys manage your claim, you must make any claim for non-delivery within two months of requesting the reward. A claim for damage must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Without limiting flybuys' general exclusion of liability under the flybuys Terms and Conditions, or any applicable consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, any liability of flybuys in relation to a non-delivery or damage during delivery is excluded, to the extent permitted by law, if you do not make a claim within the required period.
 Terms and conditions for specific types of rewards
 Merchandise (such as ipods and coffee machines)
All merchandise rewards are subject to availability. Where there is a stock shortage or delay, flybuys may substitute a product of equal or greater value.
Pictures are illustrative only and not actual size.
 Non-Merchandise (such as flights, hotel stays and restaurants)
Non-merchandise rewards are subject to availability, and bookings for rewards on special event days, for instance Easter, Christmas Day or Valentine's Day, may not be accepted or may attract additional charges. This will be advised when you make your booking with the reward provider, and is at their discretion. For accommodation or restaurant rewards, you may wish to call the reward provider and check availability of dates prior to redeeming your reward.
For non-merchandise rewards, your contract is directly with the reward provider and their terms and conditions will apply. Please ensure you are familiar with and understand their terms and conditions before redeeming points for your reward. flybuys supplies the opportunity for you to obtain a reward from the reward provider and flybuys' obligations are limited to procuring that opportunity.
 $10 off shopping at Coles Supermarkets
 Members and additional members who either:
hold a Coles MasterCard (or a Coles Group Source MasterCard); or
belong to a flybuys account where a holder of a Coles MasterCard (or a Coles Group Source MasterCard) is also linked to the flybuys account ("Eligible Cardholder"), may redeem 2,000 flybuys points for an instant "$10 off" their shopping at Coles supermarkets (excludes Coles Express, Coles Local and Coles online).

When an Eligible Cardholder presents their flybuys barcode for scanning at the Coles supermarket checkout on a single transaction of $10.05 or more (after savings and discounts and excluding gift cards and smoking/tobacco product purchases) the Eligible Cardholder may claim $10 off that transaction. Only one discount per transaction may be claimed.

Please check your flybuys account for the deducted points.
 Reward letters
These will contain all details of the reward, including all booking information. You must retain the reward letter and present it to the reward provider in order to receive the reward. If you lose the reward letter, it will not be re-issued, and points will not be re credited.
Where indicated in the reward letter, it is your responsibility to contact the reward provider directly to make booking arrangements – full details will be provided in the reward letter. You must indicate that the booking is in relation to a flybuys reward. All booking dates are subject to availability.
Once the reward booking has been confirmed with the reward provider, it is your responsibility to notify the reward provider to request any changes or cancellations to the booking (if permitted). Charges and minimum notice periods may be applied by the reward provider for any cancellation or change to a booking.
Reward letters are valid for 6 months unless otherwise stated and a 'use by date' will appear on your reward letter.
 Accommodation rewards
All accommodation rewards consist of a room only for one night unless otherwise specified:
'Getaway' accommodation rewards include one night's accommodation for two.
'Getaway Plus' accommodation rewards include one night's accommodation for two, one bottle of sparkling wine on arrival and continental breakfast for two.
'Family' accommodation rewards are, unless otherwise stated, based on two adults and two children (up to the age of 14) sharing a room, with children using existing beds in rooms, and breakfast is not included.
Additional charges may be incurred if extra beds are required. Cot hire and other occupancy charges are arranged on application and are to be paid direct to the accommodation provider – please check when booking or contact the accommodation provider for details before redeeming your points.
 Restaurant rewards
Restaurant meals are either a two or three course a la carte, a buffet or a set menu for two excluding beverages, unless otherwise stated. Menu restrictions and surcharges may apply. Please check when booking.
