Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry to this competition is open to all residents of Western Australia excluding employees of the Promoter, employees of Forrest Chase centre manager Jones Lang LaSalle, retailers and their staff at Forrest Chase and City Central and the immediate family of the preceding people (parent, sibling, spouse or grandparent).
The competition starts at 10.00am AWST Monday, 7 October 2013 until 9.00am Monday, 4 November 2013.
The competition is a Spring Summer promotion and to be deemed a valid entrant, participants must complete the entry form and answer the question correctly in the Forrest Chase competition application.
After completing the entry form the participant may refer the competition to friends. Each successful referral will gain the participant an additional entry into the competition.
The winning entrant will be determined at random by Jones Lang LaSalle at the end of the promotional period.
Participants can only enter once.
'Competition Entry' forms must have one person's name, email, postcode, gender.
To be deemed a valid entry, the participant must agree to the Terms and Conditions.
Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
Prize winners will be notified that they are a prize winner by email. Details of the prize winners will also be published at
www.facebook.com/ForrestChase There will be one (1) prize to the value of $1500 in total to spend at Forrest Chase for the competition.
The prize must be collected within 30 days of the winner being notified. A Forrest Chase representative reserves the right to accompany winners when redeeming the prizes.
The winner will be responsible for liaising with Forrest Chase Centre Management to arrange redemption of their prize.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions is defamatory or abusive, or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
No automated entries on the Site that are made using any script, macro, sweepstakes service, automated entry software, or facsimiles will be accepted.

If for any reason the winner does not take a prize or an element of a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited.
If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse prize redemption to any entrant that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, related holding companies, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
An entrant may opt out of receiving information from Forrest Chase, by following unsubscribing instructions on any E-Marketing mail out.
If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition, as appropriate.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) if the first prize shopping event is cancelled/postponed for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (f) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (g) use of a prize.
All prizes are offered by the Promoter in good faith and are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, unless otherwise specified.
In the case of a dispute or challenge, the decision of the marketing manager of the Promoter will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.
