Entry Procedure
Step 1 - Register an Entry:
To enter, entrants must, during the Registration Period:
1. Go to the website and register their details.
2. Register a guess as to how many kilometres the vehicle will travel before it runs out of petrol (“the Guess”).
Step 2 - Determining the Winning Guess number
The Promoter will hold an event to determine the one number which will constitute the Winning Guess number, as follows:
3. The Promoter will hold an event on Friday 8 November 2013 at Kingston Park Raceway from 5:30am to determine the winning number for the Guess.
4. The vehicle will drive around the track, commencing at a time between 5.30am – 9.00am.
5. The vehicle will travel around the raceway track until it comes to a complete stop because it has run out of fuel / petrol.
6. The Promoter will declare the number of kms that the vehicle has travelled before it came to a complete stop and that one (1) number will be the Winning Guess Number. The Promoters decision in this respect is final.
Step 3 - Determining a Finalist
The Promoter will follow a process to determine a Finalist; that is:
7. The Promoter will review the entrants to determine if any entrant guessed the exact Winning Guess Number.
8. Any entrant that correctly submitted the Winning Guess Number will go into a random manual barrel draw, where the promoter will draw one (1) entrant to determine one (1) Finalist.
9. If there is only one (1) entrant that submitted the correct Winning Guess Number, that one (1) entrant is automatically deemed the Finalist.
10. If zero entrants correctly submitted the Winning Guess Number, the Promoter will look to the entrant(s) that submitted a Guess which was the closest to the Winning Guess Number. Again, if there is more than one (1) entrant in such circumstance, the Promoter will hold a random manual barrel draw of those entrants to determine the Finalist. Again, if there is only one (1) entrant, that entrant is automatically the Finalist.
11. Once the Promoter has determined one (1) Finalist only, the Promoter will telephone that the Finalist.
12. If the Finalist answers the call from the Promoter, they will be a Major Prize Winner.
13. If the Finalist does not answer the telephone call from the Promoter, they will be disqualified. In such circumstances the Promoter will determine a new Finalist by following the process outlined above, once again.
This process will continue until there is one (1) Major Prize Winner determined.

Throughout the Promotional Period, the Promoter may at their absolute discretion contact some Entrants either via phone call and/or in writing, to further discuss the details of that person’s Entry. Any contact is not indicative of an Entrant’s standing in the competition, and does no way indicate whether or not that Entrant has been selected as a Contestant/Finalist/Winner.
All decisions of Judging are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.

The Major Prize includes metallic paint (if applicable), 12 months registration in winner’s state/territory of residence, 12 months 3rd party compulsory insurance, stamp duty and dealer delivery. The stated driveaway price of the Prize depends upon the winner and their location. All optional extras and accessories, comprehensive insurance and any other insurance not stated, fuel, personal costs and all other ancillary or related costs are excluded. The winner must provide all information and sign all documentation necessary to enable the Promoter to register the vehicle in the name of the winner prior to collection. Receipt of a Prize vehicle is subject to the winner being able to lawfully take possession of the Prize vehicle and comply with all registration and compulsory third-party insurance requirements of the state/territory in the state/territory the winner elects to register the Prize vehicle. Vehicles depicted in all promotional material are not necessarily the same colour as the Prize vehicle. The colour of the Prize vehicle will be able to be chosen by the winner from the list of available colours as advised by the Promoter at the time of selection. The Prize vehicle will be available for collection from the dealership nominated by the Promoter. Prize value is $19,900 given at the opening date of the Promotion Period and the Promoter takes no responsibility for any change in value.

1. Major Prize additional terms
The Promoter and Mazda accept no responsibility for any mechanical, body or paint repairs or repairs or maintenance of any kind relating to the Prize after the date and time of prize collection by the Winner. Any costs incurred by the prize winner will not be reimbursed and no correspondence will be entered into.
Neither the Promoter nor Mazda take any responsibility for any such arrangements between the Winner and the assignee.
No alterations or upgrades can be made to the Major Prize. Major Prize cannot be redeemed for cash or any other goods and services, and cannot be traded for an alternative car make and/or model.
