Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. 2.An entry is only open to Australian residents who are 18 years and over, and are a new or existing fan of the Woman’s Day Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/WomansDayAUS). Entrants under the age of 18 years must have prior parental or legal guardian consent to enter. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. 3.Promotion commences 04 November, 2013 and closes 23:59pm (AEDST) on 17 November, 2013. Judging will be done by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter. The judging will begin on Wednesday 20 November, 2013 at the Promoter’s premises 54 Park Street, Sydney NSW 2000. The major prize winner will be notified by telephone and in writing using contact details provided in their entry. The next best twelve (12) valid entries, as determined by the judges, will be deemed the runner’s up prize winners and will receive: One (1) x Mrs Browns Boys Prize Pack consisting of one (1) of each of the following DVDs: Mrs Brown’s Boys Big Box (Seasons 1, 2 and 3) and Mrs Brown’s Boys Christmas Crackers valued at up to $89.95. Total prize pool is valued at $11,079.40. Prize does not include any ancillary costs associated with redeeming this prize. These are the responsibility of the winner. 13.All prizes must be taken as offered. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable, exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash. The prize is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. The prize is valued in Australian dollars. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their prize. 14.Products included in prize package (including but not limited to titles, colour, design, sizing, model, finish, style etc) will be determined by the promoter in its complete discretion. All prizes must be taken as offered. 15. The prize will be delivered to the nominated address of the Prize winner. Delivery of the Prize is valid to any state and/or city in Australia. 16.If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or legal guardian on behalf of the winner. It is the responsibility of the winner’s parent/legal guardian to prove their parental status/ legal guardianship at the time of winner notification. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a person/s mistakenly represents themselves to be a winners parent and/or legal guardian, then that person will be liable for all costs associated with relocating and/or re-awarding the prize (including but not limited to and administrative fees incurred by the Promoter).
