1. Information on how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who have a valid Facebook account. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin
3. Promotion commences at 5:00PM AEDST on 28/10/2013 and ends at 4:00PM AEDST on 13/01/2014 or when all samples have been exhausted, whichever is first to occur (“Promotional Period”).
4. To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
(a) visit the Moccona Facebook Page at
www.facebook.com/moccona (“Facebook Page”);
(b) follow the prompts to the ‘Moccona Chocolate Flavour Infused Coffee’ promotional application;
(c) click the ‘allow’ button as prompted, to permit the Promoter access to their basic information;
(d) input the requested details under the “free sample” tab of the application as prompted
(e) submit the fully completed online entry form.
If the sample stock is exhausted, the claim functionality will be removed and a post stating that the offer is no longer available will be displayed.
5. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
6. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
7. Only one (1) sample pack permitted per person.
8. Individuals will receive a sample pack containing one (1) x 12g sample of Moccona Chocolate Flavour Infused Coffee.
9. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
10. The Promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The first 30,000 valid and correct entries received will each be awarded a sample pack of Moccona Chocolate Flavour Infused Coffee. There will be 30,000 sachets available. The promoter reserves the right to change the number of samples available during the promotional period without notice.
Valid entrants should allow up to 28 working days for receipt of their sample pack.
12. If the gift is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the gift with a gift to the equal value and/or specification, as appropriate.
13. Sample packs are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
14. As a condition of entering this promotion, entrants license the Promoter to use their entry in any media for an unlimited period for any reason including but not limited to future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes. Entrants warrant to the Promoter that the entry submitted is an original literary work that does not infringe the rights of any third party. 10. The best valid entry, as determined by the judges, will win an Apple iPad Mini 16GB with Wi-Fi + Cellular, valued at $369. The colour of the prize to be awarded will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, and is subject to availability. Prize is a device only. The winner will be responsible for making all arrangements for connection with a cellular data service provider and payment of all associated connection, access and data charges.
