The Promoter of the competition is Nina’s, Rivenlea Investments P/L, Shop 14/15 Dunsborough Centre Point Shopping Centre 55 Dunn Bay Road Dunsborough Western Australia 6281.
Entry to this competition is open to all residents of Australia excluding employees of Nina’s and their immediate family.
The competition period will run from 9 November 2013 until 5pm WST time on 24 December 2013.
There are three methods of entering:
A. Visitors to Nina’s Bunbury, Dunsborough or Kununurra showrooms must complete an entry form and place it in the barrel in the showroom. Every person who enters the showroom may complete an entry. Visitor entry is limited to one per person, per day.
B. Purchasers at Nina’s Bunbury, Dunsborough or Kununurra showrooms will be automatically entered into the competition. A purchase of up to $500 qualifies for one entry, and each subsequent $500, qualifies for an extra entry. Purchase-entries can be in addition to visitor-entries.
C. Purchasers from Nina’s online store (
www.ninas.co) will be automatically entered into the competition. A purchase of up to $500 qualifies for one entry, and each subsequent $500, qualifies for an extra entry.
There will be only one Winner who will be issued with a total Prize of one (1) diamond with a total weight value of 1 carat.
Accepting the Prize constitutes permission to use the Winner’s name, city, state, and likeness (including his/her voice, biographical information, city and state of residence, statements, video, likeness and/or photograph(s)) for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation or notice to the extent permitted by law.
It is a condition of entering the competition that entrants agree for their personal information to be added to the Nina’s database to receive future news and updates from Nina’s. Entries are treated pursuant to our Privacy Policy. See our Privacy Policy at:
http://ninasjewellery.com.au/our-policies/ The Winner will be drawn at random during an in-store event at Nina’s Bunbury showroom, 125 Victoria Street Bunbury Western Australia on 31 December 2013. Entrants need not be present to win.
The draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter will not accept any responsibility for any problem or technical malfunction or any communication network for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries claims or correspondence.
The Prize will be available for collection by the Winner from the Nina’s Bunbury showroom, 125 Victoria Street Bunbury Western Australia, from 31 December 2013.
The Winner may be required to provide their full name and address and photographic proof of identity in order to take possession of the Prize. If the Winner is unable to personally collect the Prize, the Winner may need to provide permission in writing for an alternative person to collect the Prize on their behalf. If this the case, Proof of identity of that person will be required.
The Prize is not redeemable for cash, or transfer to any other person, or refundable. No cash redemption or prize substitution allowed. The Prize is non-transferable and will be awarded. Each entry will have an equal chance of winning.
The Prize must be collected within 12 months of the end of the competition.
Any attempt to interfere in the fair running of this competition will result in immediate disqualification.
Participation in this competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse Prize redemption to any entrant that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, or to change or cancel the promotion at any time.
