CHRISTMAS CASH COMPETITION
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following Terms & Conditions apply for the $10,000 Christmas Cash competition on Spirit 102.9 Broome and WAfm 101.3 Broome to be run between October 1, 2013 and December 20, 2013. The final prize winners will be announced in the breakfast show between 8am and 9 am on Friday, December 20, 2013.

METHOD OF ENTRY
Entry forms will be available from the retail outlets listed below. A purchase must be transacted before an entry form will be allocated. Each Friday in breakfast we will draw 3 qualifying winners from the entry forms that have been dropped off at the radio station that week. Each of those 3 names will be announced on air, on Spirit 102.9 during Friday’s Breakfast Show, between the hours of 6am and 9am. Those 3 qualifying winners will have exactly 102.9 minutes to call back on the nominated number and identify themselves. Proof of identity will be required to qualify.
Once the qualifying winners have been identified, the entries from that week will be discarded. The following week’s qualifiers will be drawn from new entries.
A maximum of 36 people will be registered for the major prize draw.
Listeners may try to enter this competition via entry form as many times as they like, providing a purchase is made at the nominated retailer at the time.
Retailers are: Streeters Mitre10, Broome Furnishings, Broome Tyre Power & Exhaust, Betta Home Living, Bottlemart, McDonalds, Broome 4x4 and Camping, Broome Auto Excellence, Broome Straight ‘n’ Up, Broome Pharmacy and H & M Tracey Construction.
MAJOR PRIZE DRAW
The major prize draw will be conducted on Friday, December 20, 2013 and will be announced on the same day. The winner will be chosen at random. The judge’s decision will be final and no discussions or correspondence will be entered into.
The major prize draw will be Live in the breakfast show on Friday, December 20 at the Spirit Radio / WAfm studio on Dampier Terrace, Broome. The winner must be present to claim their prize; no substitute may attend in their place. The winner will also be announced on air between 8am-9am on the same day. The judge’s decision will be final and no discussions or correspondence will be entered into. The prize will be awarded to one entrant and to be paid in the form of EFT Transfer.
1) PRIZE CONDITIONS
if the major prize winner is under the age of 18 years, that winner must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to collect their prize.
It is a condition of entry of this competition that the major prize winner must execute these Terms & Conditions.
USE OF PHOTOS etc
All contestants acknowledge that it is a condition of entry that Redwave Media has the right to publicise their names, characters, likeness or voices for any promotion or matter incidental to the competition. The winner may also be required to participate in a photo, video and/or film session and acknowledges Redwave Media has the right to use such publicity photos, video and/or films in any medium/website and in any reasonable manner it sees fit, unless the contestant advises Redwave Media at the time of entering the competition that he/she wishes to retain his/her anonymity.
It is a condition of entering this competition that contestants consent to their telephone and other conversations with SPIRIT BROOME/ WAfm Broome being broadcast on air.
INDEMNITY
All contestants release from and indemnify REDWAVE MEDIA LIMITED (ACN 083 553 860), against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in this competition including (but not limited to) damage to property, personal injury whether direct or consequential, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
MISCELLANEOUS
the major prize winner will be contacted via telephone to redeem their prize. Employees of REDWAVE MEDIA, and ALL ASSOCIATED SPONSORS, their immediate families, agents, sponsors or any persons connected with devising or promotion of this competition are ineligible to enter.
The promoter reserves the right to alter or amend these terms and conditions at any time throughout the promotion.
SPIRIT BROOME, WAfm Broome and REDWAVE MEDIA PTY LTD will not be responsible or liable if for any reason beyond their reasonable control any element of any prize is not provided.
In all matters all decisions of REDWAVE MEDIA PTY LTD staff will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence or discussions will be entertained.
