1. By entering the competition, entrants accept these Conditions of Entry. 2. The Competition commences at 12.01am Tuesday 17th December 2013 AWST and closes 23.59pm on Friday 31st January 2014. 3. Entry is open to anyone living in Western Australia during the competition timeline. 4. All employees of No Fear, its distributors, participating outlets, external auditors, platforms, and agencies connected with this promotion are not eligible for this draw. 5. To enter the competition, eligible entrants must upload an image, video, or like the No Fear Energy Drink Facebook page after the designated commencement of the competition. Participants may enter as many times as they like. 7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of the entries and to disqualify entrants who do not comply with these terms and conditions. Inappropriate or dangerous entries will be deemed invalid. 8. This competition is a random draw, but the more times you enter, the better your chances are to win. The five (5) winners will be announced on a weekly basis starting on Friday 3rd January 2014 and concluding Friday 31st January 2014. Competition winners will be able to collect their prizes on Monday 24th February after 12:01pm AWST. 9. All winners will be notified by Facebook and published on the No Fear website at nofearenergydrink.com.au the week commencing Monday, 24th February 2014. If prize collection is not possible then alternative arrangements will be made. 10. The first winner drawn will receive 1 AR Drone 2.0 (Battery Charger Included) valued at $349.00 (RRP), 1 Flight Recorder valued at $119.00 (RRP), and 1 Extra Life Battery valued at $49.99 (RRP). The maximum retail value of the prize is $517.99 (including GST). All following prize winners will receive 1 Dji Phantom Drone valued at $500. The Phantom Drone will include the Drone itself and all other contents of its retail box. 11. The Promoter’s decision in all matters is final and binding. 12. If any prize is unclaimed, within 30 days from the date of prize collection (24th February 2014) the prize winner will forfeit their prize. 13. The prize is non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. 14. No responsibility accepted for late, misdirected or entries not received due to a technical problem. 15. Private information about entrants will be handled by No Fear and their participating agency.
