Win the ultimate Australia Day pool party experience.

1. The promoter is yd., Level 1, 409 George Street Waterloo NSW 2017 ABN 52096242590 phone 1300 12 12 93 who will facilitate the draw, fulfillment and management of the prize.

2. The promotion is open to anyone aged 18 and over located in New South Wales, Australia.

3. To be eligible to win the prize you must like the yd. Australia Facebook page and enter your name, email address, postcode & phone number.

You may choose to unlike the yd. Australia Facebook page at any time, however you must be a Liker at time of the winner being notified in order to redeem your prize. Should you not be a Liker of the yd. Facebook page at time of the winner being notified, you will forfeit the prize.

4. The promotion commences at 9am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Thursday 2nd January 2014 and closes at 11:55pm (AEST) on the 22nd January 2014 (the Promotion Period).

5. yd. will pick the winner provided the above conditions have been met. The winner will be notified in a yd. Facebook page post at 11am (AEST) on the 23rd January 2014. yd. accepts no responsibility for unread or late responses once the winner has been notified.

6. Prize – the winner will receive four (4) x general admission tickets to Marco Polo at the Ivy (Level 4, Ivy, 320 George Street, Sydney, 2000) valued at $60, one (1) x $250 bar tab, one (1) x $500 yd. gift voucher & three (3) x $100 yd. gift vouchers.

The prize cannot be picked up from a location, they will be posted to the nominated address. Prize cannot be exchanged or refunded online or in stores. Total prize pool is $1100.

7. Any unclaimed prizes will be redrawn at 5pm on 2nd April 2014 at yd., Level 1, 409 George Street Waterloo NSW 2017.
