Terms & Conditions

1.      How To Enter


1.1  This is an online photo competition designed by FitFlop Australia, using theFacebook social media platform.


1.2  You can enter the competition by following these simple steps:


1.        ‘Like’ the FitFlop Australia Facebook page

2.        Post a photo on the FitFlop Australia Facebook page showing ‘where your Fitflop travelled over     theChristmas break’

3.        The photo that receives the most amount of ‘likes’ will win 3pairs of FitFlopâ„¢, up to the value of $180.00 for each pair (maximum total of $ 540.00 for 3 pairs).


2.      Who Can Enter


2.1  The competition is available to Australian residents only.


2.2  The competition will run from the 10th of January - 31st of January 2014.


2.3  Only photos submitted via the Facebook application and which have met the above criteria will be accepted.


2.4   Only entrants that have ‘liked’ the FitFlop Australia Facebook page will be accepted.


2.5  Entry into the competition is free of charge.



3.      Use of Personal Information


3.1  The winner of the competition will be announced on the FitFlop AustraliaFacebook page on Friday the 31st of January 2014.


3.2The name and profile picture of the winner will be displayed on the FitFlopAustralia Facebook page. By reading and accepting these T &C’s, you giveconsent for FitFlop Australia to provide this personal information on theirFacebook page, given that you are the competition winner.


3.3  By accepting theseT&Cs, and entering the competition, you give FitFlop Australia permissionto contact you via Facebook if you are the winner of the competition.


5.    Prize and Judgment


5.1  The winner will be the entrant whose competition photo received the highestnumber of ‘likes’ on the FitFlop Australia Facebook page by the 31stof January 2014.


5.2  The decision of the winner is final, however FitFlop Australia reserves theright to change their decision if the winner is unavailable to provide theirdetails at the time of prize distribution.


5.3 Thecompetition prize includes 3 pairs of the new season FitFlop™ range (asdisplayed on www.fitflop.com.au) of thewinner’s choice and size. The value of the prize will be up to $180.00 for eachpair of FitFlop™(maximum value of $540.00 for 3 pairs).


5.4 Thewinner will be notified of their winning status via Facebook. If the winnercannot be contacted, another entrant will be selected at random, and theoriginal winner will forfeit any prize.


5.5 In the event of a tie, each of the winners will receive just one pair of FitFlop footwear, valued up to $180.00.

 

5.5 By participating in this competition, you agree that no claim shall be assertedagainst FitFlop Australia, affiliates, directors, offers, employers, damages,rights, claims or actions of any kind that result from your participation inthis competition.


5.6 FitFlopAustralia acknowledges that Facebook will not be held responsible in any wayfor this competition, as FitFlop Australia is not acting on behalf of Facebook.
