Below Are the General Rules for the Facebook Competition Held by Independent Jewellery:
Please refer to the official rules and regulations below. By entering any Contest, you (“You”) accept these Official Rules. These are the Official Rules of the Independent Jewellery competition. The winners will have their name featured across Independent Jewellery online social media channels.
1. ELIGIBILITY
Entrants must be sixteen (16) years of age or older at the time of entry. Anyone over the age of 16 may submit an entry to Independent Jewellery. The following persons are not eligible to enter the Contest: Anyone not living in Australia at the time of Entry. Employees and directors of Independent Jewellery, and people who are involved in any way with the Contest. No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest and no preference will be given due to purchases. By entering, You agree to these Rules and warrant that you are eligible to enter the contest and Your Submission (defined in Section 3 below) complies with these Official Rules.
THE CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
The competition will end once the stated number of likes has been met. The winners will be announced at a later date and only after the winners have been notified and accepted the gift.
3. HOW TO ENTER
Your Entry must comply with the requirements set forth below. The Entry is free for anyone to enter. To win the Contest you “like” the relevant post on Facebook.
Only one (1) entry can be made per person.
To enter the competition all you need to do is subscribe to ‘like’ the relevant post on Facebook. This allows us to work out who has entered the competition correctly.
The winners will be those people who were the first specified number to “like” the post.
