There are two prizes of two toolkits.
The tool kits comprise: Prize pack one contains a tool belt, hand saw, hammer, gloves, square, level, tape measure, belt hook, string marker-valued at $230
Prize pack two contains tool bag, chisel set, knee pads, ear muffs, safety glasses, wood grips, extension cord – valued at $205

How to enter: Only one entry will be accepted per person. You may enter the sweepstakes through the MEGT application on the Facebook platform. You can also find the application on the (Promotions) tab on our Facebook page.

1. By submitting an entry, you fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these official rules.
2. The Sponsor of the promotion is MEGT (Australia) Ltd (ACN 006 266 280), 29 Ringwood Street, Ringwood, Victoria.
3. The Sponsor reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at its absolute discretion. Sweepstakes will begin on 2nd January 2014 and will continue till 24th January 2014. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the sweepstakes in its entirety, if it becomes technically corrupted.
4. Entry is open only to residents of Greater Melbourne (Victoria, Australia) who complete the competition entry form. Parental permission is required if you are under 18 years.
5. Employees of the Sponsor and their associated and/or related entities and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
6. Selection of winners: The draw will be conducted at MEGT (Australia) Ltd, 29 Ringwood Street, Ringwood at 3.00pm (EST) on 24 January 2014 using Shortstack automatic random selection. The judges’ decision is final. The Sponsor collects personal information from the entrants for the purpose of conducting and promoting this competition (including but not limited to notifying the winner). In addition, the personal information collected from the entrants shall be used by the Sponsor for the purpose of recruitment for apprenticeship and/or traineeship employment opportunities and providing employment information, training courses, event information, promotional and marketing materials to the entrants.
7. Notification of winners: The sweepstakes winner will be notified by email supplied by them. An email will be sent to the winner within one week after the draw. Should the email be returned to the Sponsor as invalid, two more attempts will be made via email. Winners must contact the Sponsor within 10 calendar days from the date the notification is sent by the Sponsor to claim their prize. Failure to contact the Sponsor within that 10 day period will result in immediate disqualification of the selected entrant and a new winner will be selected. The Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost or unsuccessful efforts to notify winners.
8. Other conditions: MEGT (Australia) Ltd and their representatives shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. We are not responsible for any damage to prizes in transit.
9. Indemnification: You agree to release and hold the Sponsor, its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the sweepstakes, including without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
