The Promotion commences 9.00am AEST on 19 December 2013
and ends 10:00am AEST on 10 February 2014 (Promotion Period). The competition will be drawn at 10:05am on 10 February 2014 at Gold Coast Tourism's office at Charles Avenue, Broadbeach.
The Competition Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Only one prize, as chosen by the first drawn correct entry, shall be awarded.

Valued at $360.The prize is valid for redemption Sunday – Friday nights only and is subject to availability. The prize winner must contact the resort directly to make a reservation, once the prize winner receives the prize voucher.
Competition winner will be determined by random draw of a correct answer to the skill test question asked during entry of contact details.
Competition winner will be notified in writing via email with competition redemption details included. If unable to be contacted a new prize winner will be drawn at 10:00am on 14 February 2014 at Gold Coast Tourism’s office at Charles Avenue, Broadbeach. Gold Coast Tourism has the right to publish the winners name and suburb of residence on external print and online medias.
To enter, contact details must be entered and the question must be answered. Completion of this component will put the entrant into the competition to win the prize. The first valid entry deemed correct will win the package chosen as part of that entry. Only entries from residents of the postcode areas of 2372-2490 or 4000-4569, shall be deemed valid. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant. If any winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian.
In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. Prizes are not transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other goods or services, unless otherwise specified.
The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the promoter. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including without limitation direct, indirect and consequential loss and damages) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of entering the competition or accepting any prize offered as part of the competition, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
