Commonwealth Bank of Australia Commonwealth Bank “ Can Stories Mentoring Sessions ” Promotion Conditions of Entry

1. Information on how to enter and prize details set out in all communications regarding the Commonwealth Bank of Australia “ Can Stories Mentoring Sessions ” Promotion (the “ Promotion” ) form part of these Conditions of Entry. Any entry not complying with these Conditions of Entry is invalid. Entry into this Promotion and the acceptance or receipt of a prize by any person is deemed as acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
 2. The Promoter is the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, ABN 48 123 123 124, of Level 13, Darling Park Tower 1, 201 Sussex Street Sydney NSW 2000. Telephone : 13 2221 (the “ Promoter” ).

3. The Promotion commences 12.01am AEDT on 20 January 2014 and close s at 11.59pm AED T on 2 February 2014 (the “ Promotion Period” ).

4. Entry into the Promotion is only open to individuals who satisfy the following eligibility requirements (“ Eligibility Requirements” ): • Individuals must be at least 16 years of age and an Australian resident ; • Individuals must not be employees (or members of their immediate family) of the Promoter or the Promoter’s related entities directly involved in the Promotion (as determined by the Promoter). Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, de - facto spouse, child or step - child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step - parent, grandparent, step - grandparent, brother, sister, step - brother or step - sister; and. • Have not entered into the promotion.

5. Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.

6. To enter, individuals must satisfy the Eligibility Requirements and, during the Promotion Period, lodge an entry through the online form. All fields must be properly completed.

7. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

8. Only one (1) entry is permitted per person. If more than one entry is submitted, only the first entry will be considered.

9. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

10. The best valid entry will win the opportunity to meet an Australian of the Year Nominee (“ Nominee ”) being one of the following persons: Li Cunxin, Peter Ford, Daniel Flynn and Suzy Wilson.

11. This Promotion is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Entries will be judged by Nominees and winner s will be announced on 17 February 2014 and notified by email or phone within seven (7) business days of that date. Decision s are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. If the Nominee becomes unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserve s the right to substitute the the Nominee with another mentor.

13. As a condition of entering this promotion, each entrant licences the Promoter to use their entry in any media for an unlimited period for any reason including but not limited to future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes. Each entrant warrants to the Promoter that each entry submitted is an original literary work of the entrant that does not infringe the rights of any third party. Entrants agree to indemnify the Promoter against all
