Villa Maison January Grand Giveaway Facebook Competition.
There will be 8 prizes awarded during the promotion period. Entrants are eligible to win more than one prize. The competition is open Australia wide only. Entrants must 'Like' the Villa Maison Facebook page to enter the competition. Entries close 5:00pm 31st January 2014 AEST. Winners will be selected randomly and will be notified via Facebook to claim their prize. Villa Maison will not provide the personal information disclosed by entrants to any third parties.
1. COMPETITION PROMOTER
The Promoter is Villa Maison Pty Ltd. 4 South Drive East Bentleigh, Melbourne, Victoria
2. COMPETITION INFORMATION
The promotion commences at 7am (AEST), Monday 6th January 2014 and closes at 5:00pm (AEST), Friday 31st January 2014 (“Promotional Period”).
Winners must like the Villa Maison page and any of the giveaway posts during the period to be eligible for entry into the prize draw.
There will be 8 prizes during the period. There will be 8 randomly drawn prizewinners. Entrants may be eligible to win each prize post that is liked.

Prize 1 will be posted on Facebook on Monday 6th January. The winner of prize 1 will be drawn 5:00pm (AEST) Friday the 10th January.

Prize 2 item will be posted on Facebook on Thursday 9th January. The winner of prize 2 will be drawn 5:00pm (AEST) Friday the 17th January.
Prize 3 item: HF1009 - White rattan holder w/6 coasters RRP $39.95
Prize 3 item will be posted on Facebook on Monday 13th January. The winner of prize 3 will be drawn 5:00pm (AEST) Friday the 17th January.
Prize 4 item: OB1039 - Salad servers w/Leaf handle s/2 RRP $64.95
Prize 4 item will be posted on Facebook on Thursday 16th January. The winner of prize 4 will be drawn 5:00pm (AEST) Friday the 24th January.

Prize 5 item will be posted on Facebook on Monday 20th January. The winner of prize 5 will be drawn 5:00pm (AEST) Friday the 24th January.
Prize 6 item: MA1002 - Pocket watch on stand Brass RRP $63.95
Prize 6 item will be posted on Facebook on Thursday 23rd January. The winner of prize 6 will be drawn 5:00pm (AEST) Friday the 31st January.
Prize 7 item: HA1049 - Vintage Office set RRP $32.95
Prize 7 item will be posted on Facebook on Monday 27th January. The winner of prize 7 will be drawn 5:00pm (AEST) Friday the 31st January.
Prize 8 item: OB1001 - Tapas utensils Fleur de lys s/4 RRP $34.95
Prize 8 item will be posted on Facebook on Wednesday 30th January. The winner of prize 8 will be drawn 5:00pm (AEST) Friday the 31st January.
If a winner fails to claim their prize, they will forfeit the prize (and no compensation will be given or paid in lieu), and another draw/s will take place on the following Friday of each draw date at the same time and place as the original draw, until a winner is able to accept the prize as stated.
The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of a prizewinner being unable to satisfy these terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming a prize.
The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or a consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
3. HOW TO ENTER?
Entrants must be following the Villa Maison Facebook page during the entire promotion period and like a prize post during the giveaway period.
4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms and conditions. If there is any conflict between these terms and conditions and any other published material, these terms and conditions are to prevail. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever resulting from incorrect details lodged by entrants.
The Promoter reserves the right (subject to written directions from State Regulatory bodies and any applicable law subject) to vary the rules of any competition or any prizes offered or cancel any competition if it is no longer able to run the competition due to reasons beyond its control. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage to any party arising from any variation or cancellation.
The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including (but not limited to) any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
5. WHO CAN ENTER?
Entry is only open to Australian residents, who are 18 years of age and over, who ‘like’ the Villa Maison Facebook page
www.facebook.com.au/villamaison and remain a fan during the promotion period) and who like a prize post during the giveaway period (“Eligible Entrants”). Employees of the Promoter (and their immediate families) and its agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
6. CONTACTING PRIZE WINNER
The prize winners will be picked randomly, each Friday at 5.00pm AEST. Winners will be contacted via Facebook and asked to contact Villa Maison via the Facebook page to claim their prize.
7. USE OF PRIZE
All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. Prizes cannot be used to purchase gift certificates, nor can they be re-sold.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the advertised prize for a prize of equivalent or greater retail value if, for any reason beyond the Promoters control, the Promoter are not able to give the prize-winner the advertised prize, subject to State legislation.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoters and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable to any person for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

9. FACEBOOK
Facebook have no association or jurisdiction over the competition. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. Participants are providing information to Villa Maison and not to Facebook. Winners in this promotion agree that their identity may be disclosed in winner announcements and promotional material.
10. DELIVERY OF PRIZES
Prizes will be shipped Australia wide using postal or courier services. Prizes can also be collected from the Cheltenham Showroom located at 75 Grange Rd, Cheltenham, Melbourne, Victoria. Villa Maison will send each winner their prize via post or courier within 10 working days of the draw date. It is the responsibility of the winners to provide correct and complete address details so the prize can be posted.
