CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
By entering this Promotion, Entrants agree to abide by these Conditions of Entry. The Promoter is Perfection Fresh Australia Pty Ltd, ABN 75 127 389 682, PO Box 98, Sydney Markets NSW 2029 Australia.
The Promotion commences at 16.00pm AEDT on 23 January 2014 and closes at 16.59pm AEDT on 21 February 2014 (Promotion Period).
Entry is open to any Australian resident aged 13 years or older (Entrant). Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, related companies of the Promoter and agencies associated with the promotion and their related companies are ineligible to enter.
To enter the Promotion, Entrants must purchase a punnet of Zima™ Seriously Sweet tomatoes™ from their nearest Coles supermarket, “Like” the Perfection Fresh Facebook page at
www.facebook.com/Perfection.Fresh.Australia then accurately complete an online entry form on the Perfection Fresh Facebook page including answering the question “What do you think about the NEW Zima™ Seriously Sweet Tomatoes?” and submit it so that it is received during the Promotion Period (Entry).
Entrants may only enter the Promotion once during the Promotion Period. Incomplete, indecipherable or inaccurate Entries will be deemed invalid. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promotion database. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay in, or failure of, transmission which causes an Entry not to be received within the Promotion Period.
The total Prize Pool is valued at $500.00. There is one (1) Prize in total valued at $500.00. The Prize is a $500 Coles Gift Card (RRP $500). Prizes are not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery of prizes from being notified as a winner.
Judging will be conducted at 13.00pm AEDT on 27 February 2014 at 3/145 William St, Darlinghurst, New South Wales. The judges will select the People’s Choice Prize Winner as the entry with the highest number of votes by the end of the Promotion Period. The judges will select the Judge’s Choice Winner based on the originality and creativity of their entry. Each Winner will be contacted via phone or email by 4 March 2014. The Winners will be announced on the Perfection Fresh Australia Facebook Page (
www.facebook.com/Perfection.Fresh.Australia) by 6 March 2014.
This Promotion is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners.

Supplying your valid contact details are part of the conditions of entry to this promotion. All contact details entered incorrectly shall be deemed invalid.
Entrants found to be using organised vote exchange forums, vote exchange groups, vote exchange networks and vote exchange websites will be disqualified from the Promotion. Any automated systems for obtaining votes are also prohibited. This decision will be investigated and actioned at the Promoter’s discretion.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries if the entry has violated the Terms & Conditions in any way.
The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Entries and Entrants and to disqualify any Entrant who submits an Entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the Entry process including the use of any form of automated entry device or software.
The Promoter, the Sponsor and Sponsor’s related companies will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of, in connection with, or arising out of the Promotion or taking the Prize.
If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to fraud or causes beyond the control of the Promoter or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Promotion. The Promoter may disclose Entrants’ personal information to companies and agencies connected with this Promotion.

In order to conduct this Promotion, the Promoter needs to collect personal information about each entrant and may for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, gift suppliers and regulatory authorities. Participation in the Promotion is conditional on providing this information. It is a condition of entry that the entrant agrees to being entered into the Perfection Fresh Pty Ltd database. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information in connection with the Promotion is governed by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). By entering the Promotion, Entrants agree and consent to the Promoter:
i. using and disclosing the Entrant’s personal information for the purposes of conducting the Promotion, redeeming the Prizes and any other matter connected to or incidental to the Promotion;
ii. using the Entrant’s personal information for the purposes of carrying out marketing, planning, product development and promotional campaigns, in any media including email and SMS, unless an Entrant otherwise withdraws their consent to the use of their information in this manner; and
