Facebook Competition Terms & Conditions.

1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry.

2. The promoters of this competition are Mandalay Resort, Busselton and Geographe Bay (GBTA)  (the ‘Promoters’)

3. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over. By entering the competition you certify you are over 18 years of age. Employees, and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies are ineligible to enter.

4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including entrants identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrants for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry.

5. The competition commences at 3pm (AWST) on Saturday 1st February 2014 and closes at 5pm (AWST) on Friday 28th February 2014. Any entry received after the close of the competition will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries.

6. To enter the competition you must submit your requested details at Mandalay Resort's or Recharge at Geographe Bay's official Facebook pages.

7. The promoter reserves the right to remove and exclude any entry from the competition at any time. Any use of robotic, mechanical, automatic, programmed or like methods of participation will void each entry made in this way.

 

COMPETITION SPECIFICS

 

DRAW DATES

1. The winner will be drawn on Saturday 1st March 2014 by one of The Promoters or one of their agents and the winner will be notified within 7 days of the draw.

2. The winner will be notified by email or telephone.

3. Decisions of the promoter and agencies is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

 

PRIZE

1. The prize is 7 Nights accommodation for a family of 4 at Mandalay Resort, Busselton in a 2 Bedroom Spa Chalet and Family Passes to Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse, Ngilgi Caves and Busselton Jetty.

2. Prize value at over $1800

3. The prize can be transferred or redeemed for cash.

4. The prize does not include any travel or incidental expenses. These will be paid for by the prize winner.

5. The prize is valid for 12 months.

6. The prize excludes school holidays, Easter and long weekends.

7. You agree that the promoter may use your entry and personal details provided to the promoter for any promotional, marketing and publicity purposes of the Promoter.
