The promoter is Ritchies Stores Pty Ltd ABN 61 005 041 814 (Promoter). Authorized under VIC License No. 13/3123, NSW License No. LTPS-13-10259.

Employees and their immediate families of Ritchies Stores Pty Ltd of 10/1095 Frankston Dandenong Rd, Carrum Downs, VIC, 3201 are ineligible to enter this competition.
The competition runs from 12.01am AEDST, 05/02/2014 to 11.59pm AEDST 14/03/2014 in VIC & NSW in Ritchies liquor outlets(“Competition Period”).

Participating products: Any JOHNNIE WALKER, BUNDABERG RUM, SMIRNOFF, GORDONS, CAPTAIN MORGAN, BULLEIT or BAILEYS IRISH CREAM branded product.

Six (6) valid entrants will be drawn at random each week for 5 weeks for the period of 5 February 2014 to 14 March 2014. The first valid entrant each week will receive a $1,000 Visa Gift card, and the subsequent five valid entrants will each receive a $100 Ritchies Gift Card. Draws for each week will be held at Ritchies Pty Ltd, 10/1095 Frankston Dandenong Rd, Carrum Downs VIC 3201.

The First Draw will occur on 14 February 2014 at 12.00pm, draw two 21 February 2014 at 12.00pm AEDT, draw three 28 February 2014 at 12.00pm AEDT , draw four 7 March at 12.00pm AEDT and draw five will occur on 14 March 2014 at 12.00pm AEDT. The prize-winners will be notified by phone and email, and a notice of the winners will be published on www.ritchies.com.au website from the date of the first draw (14th Feb) through to the conclusion of the promotion. Any prize not claimed by 2 May 2014, a second chance random draw will take place on this date and the prize-winners will be notified by phone and mail, and a notice of the winner will be published on www.ritchies.com.au on 14 May 2014.
Prizes are not transferable or refundable.

The Promoter may require the winner to provide proof of identity, proof of purchase, proof of age at the nominated prize delivery address.  Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion.

The Promoter’s decisions in relation to all aspects of this promotion are final, and the Promoter will not enter into any correspondence
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained by any entrant/winner as a result of participating in this promotion, or accepting any prize.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning the prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.
Unless otherwise agreed by the winners, the Ritchies gift cards will be delivered by email and the Visa gift cards by registered post. Ritchies Stores Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for any damaged, undelivered, lost or stolen Gift Cards and no replacement will be provided. Gift Cards are subject to the terms and conditions that appear on the reverse of the Gift Cards. Those terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. 

All entries will be the property of the Promoter. The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this competition and communicating with entrants as to future offers, information and/or marketing promotions. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Promotion or communicating with entrants.
