8. How to enter
Throughout the registration period, 97.3Fm listeners will need to register their details on 973fm.com.au and tell us their tip for keeping cool this summer for their chance to win.
9. Prize Details
There will be a maximum of three (3) minor finalists in total including:
An assessment and inspection of your property and house by a representative(s) of Cold Front Air Conditioning
Note: Minor finalists are non-entitled to any prize
There will be a maximum of one (1) major prize in total including:
Ducted air conditioning system installed by Cold Front Air Conditioning to the value $15,000
10: Prize valuation
Total maximum value of prize is $15,000

12. Age Limitation
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to enter
13: Draw process and judging
97.3Fm will notminate three (3) entires in total from all the entries received to be a minor finalist.
Cold Front Air Conditioning representative(s) will assess and inspect the three (3) minor finalists properties and home. If a minor finalists property and home is assessed and it is identified that due to the nature of the site the installation cost will exceed the prize valuation and details as specified in sections 9 & 10 Cold Front Air Conditioning representative(s) will cost the exclusions for the finalist in question.
If a minor finalists property and home is assessed and it is identified that due to the nature of the site the installation is not possible as per section 20 Cold Front Air Conditioning representative(s) will advise 97.3FM that that minor finalist is ineligible for major prize.
Minor finalists must be able to show proof of ownership of the property to qualify for the draw when Cold Front Air Conditioning representative(s) does the site inspection.
If after disclosing the cost of the exclusion the finalist agrees in writing to accept these additional costs should they win the draw, they may proceed as an entrant in the final draw.
The details of the all signed off minor finalists including the record of their acceptance of any exclusions, will be supplied to 97.3FM for entry in the major prize draw.
97.3FM will nominate one (1) entry in total from the Cold Front Air Conditioning approved minor finalists entries received to win the major prize.
This decision will be at the complete discretion of the promoter.
Minor finalists judging will take place 9:00am (AEST), at 444 Logan Road, Stones Corner QLD 4120 on Monday 3rd March, 2014 by 97.3Fm Campaign Specialist.
Major prize judging will take place 9:00am (AEST), at 444 Logan Road, Stones Corner QLD 4120 on Monday 10th March, 2014 by 97.3Fm Campaign Specialist.
Minor finalists & major prize winner will be notified by telephone.
Minor finalists will be notified within five (5) working days of the draw via telephone.
Major winner will be notified within five (5) working days of the Cold Front Air Conditioning assessment and inspection via telephone.
In the incident that the prize winners are not able to be contacted by the Australian Radio Network within seven (7) days of the draw the winner will automatically forfeit their prize and a redraw will
occur.
The redraw dates will occur on Monday 17th March, 2013, at 9:00am AEST.
Prize winners will be randomly drawn at the re-draw at 444 Logan Road Stones Corner QLD 4120 by a 97.3Fm Campaign Specialist.
Prize winners will be notified within five (5) working days of the draw via telephone.
Prize winners will be notified within five (5) working days of the draw via phone.
Judges decision regarding answers is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prizing is strictly non transferable.
No component of the prize is redeemable for cash.
Cold Front Air Conditioning cannot commit to any specific installation date.
