By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Entry. Entry is open to all members of the public who are age 18 years or older and residents of Australia only. Employees of the promoter, immediate families, and agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible for entry. The Competition commences Monday 17th February 2014 (10am AEST) and concludes Monday 17th March 2014 (5pm AEST). Entry is made on the promoter’s website Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/Kasaustralia) and is only accessible for those who click the ‘WIN’ tab on this page at the time of entry, limited to one entry per person. Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid and discarded. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that appear to have tampered with the entry process, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical securities, administration securities, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the competition. The five (5) winners will be drawn at random on Thursday, 20TH March 2014 (11am AEST) at the promoter’s head office at 78 O’Riordan Street, Alexandria NSW 2015. The five (5) winners will receive a bedding pack including one (1) Check quilt set, two (2) Check European pillowcases, one (1) Gennie Cushion in multi (digital print on faux silk), one (1) Dudley Cushion in multi (print embroidered on cotton), one (1) Chartreuse Sheet Set 500 thread count, with a minimum value of $559.70 to a maximum value of $669.70 dependent on quilt set size selected by the winner at the time of entry. The Check quilt set is available in double, queen or king bed sizes. Total prize pool has a minimum value of $2,798.50 to a maximum of $3,348.50 determined by the quilt set sizes selected by winners. The prize is not negotiable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The promoter is not responsible or liable for any change in the value of the prize occurring between the date of publishing and the date the prize is claimed. The winner will be notified via email and may also be notified via telephone using the details provided in their entry on Thursday, 20TH March 2014. The names and state of winners will be published on the promoter’s website (https://www.kasaustralia.com.au/news-events/competition) and Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/Kasaustralia). If any of the winners are unable to be contacted via the contact details provided, a “second chance draw” will take place three (3) months after the initial first draw date, drawn at random on Friday, 14TH June 2014 (11am AEST).
