Terms and Conditions for the "Win A Zip HydroTap" 2013 2014 contestInformation on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this contest is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
There is 1 Zip HydroTap to be won. The contest commences 06 Jan 2014.
Entries close 11pm AEST 30 April 2014. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of Zip and immediate families and associated firms are ineligible to enter.
Only one entry is permitted per person. Entry to the contest is by way of an online electronic entry form.
Entrants must complete the form by providing: first and last name, email address, phone number, and state in 25 words or less: “How a Zip HydroTap would save time in my day.” To be eligible, entries must be completed prior to 11pm AEST 30 April 2014.
Contest judging will take place at 67 Allingham Street Condell Park NSW 2200. The exact date and time of judging will be determined by Zip management. Judges may select additional reserve entries that they determine to be next best, and record them in order, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant. The winner will be notified by telephone and email on 10 May 2014.
All entrants included in the contest will also will be notified of the result by email. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be judged against a set criteria concerning the creative merit of the answer provided. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winning entry will be that determined by the judges as the most meritorious and will entitle the winning contestant to receive a Zip HydroTap for their home.
Total prize value is up to $5,120, including installation of the Zip HydroTap® Sparkling and a full 36-month warranty, when installed in a standard residential kitchen in metropolitan areas of Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Hobart, Adelaide and Perth.
Limitations.
The promoter of this contest is Zip Heaters (Aust) Pty Ltd ABN 46 000 578727 of 67 Allingham Street, Condell Park NSW 2200. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia ("Non-Excludable Guarantees"). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the contest.
Privacy.
The promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the contest and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the promoter. All entries become the property of the promoter.
