“March into Merivale 2014 competition”
Entry is open only to adults aged 18 and over, as at 11/02/14. You must be an Australian resident of NSW to be eligible to enter. Employees and immediate families of Merivale and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
Competition commences on Wednesday 11 February 2014 and closes 5:00pm (AEDST) Friday 11 April 2014.
To enter, you must register to receive Merivale restaurants news either online at Merivale.com.au/win or fill in a postcard with your details at participating Merivale venues. Eligible entries are those that include first name, surname, date of birth, residential address and valid email address. Photographic proof of age will be required to accept the major prize.
There are five major prizes and each includes the following for two people: two nights accommodation in a one bedroom ocean view suite at The Sebel Manly including parking for two days, $300 Papi Chulo voucher, double pass for the Spit to Manly Tour with Sydney Coastal Walks, BYO Picnic in Paradise tour with Manly Kayak Centre. All prize elements are valid until 30/4/15. Accommodation blackout dates are 7-9 June 2014, 4-6 October 2014, 23–26 January 2015, 3–6 April 2015, 24– 26 April 2015. The Spit to Manly Tour requires minimum numbers for departure and is not available public holidays. All other associated costs for the trip are borne by the winner. Prize elements can be separately. Total prize pool is AUD12,380.
5. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes and reserves the right to substitute any prize for an item of similar value.
6. All valid entries will go into a draw on Tuesday 22 April 2014 at 2pm at (Level 2, 320 George Street Sydney 2000). Major Prize Winners will be notified by phone on Tuesday 29 April 2014. No responsibility will be taken for late or lost entries. If the prize remains unclaimed for three months a redraw will take place.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to use the winner’s name, voice, and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes in any media in perpetuity without additional compensation. All entries become the property of Merivale and may be used for promotional purposes.
8. By entering, entrants agree that the Promoter, their respective advertising and promotions agencies, and their respective officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for injury, loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this promotion or from the acceptance or use/misuse of the prize awarded. This includes, without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
9. The judge’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
