School Mum Tuckshop Tab – Competition Terms and Conditions 1. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. 2. You must be 18 years of age or over and a resident of Australia to enter this competition. An entrant must be an individual and not a company or organisation. 3. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 4. The terms and conditions also apply to the School Mum Facebook page. 5. The Promoter reserves the right not to award the prize if the entrant fails to meet these terms. 6. The competition period begins at 12.15am (Brisbane Time) on 03/03/2014. Entries into the competition close at 11:59pm (BrisbaneTime) on 23/03/2014. (the "Promotion Period"). No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, misdirected or delayed entries. 7. The Prize Pack is valued at $900. First prize is a $500 cash voucher which will be paid to the winner's school Tuckshop for the use of their family for the duration of time it takes to use up the tuckshop tab. There will be 2 referral prizes awarded valued at $200 tuckshop tab each. These prizes will be awarded to 2 of the winner's friends (winner gets to choose). Both of these friends MUST have already liked the School Mum facebook page to be eligible to be chosen and proof of the connection to the winner will be proven by the Easypromo referral app. If you win the major prize and have no friends who have entered that you referred then you will still win the major $500 tuckshop tab prize but you will not be able to award the referral prizes as you did not meet the terms and conditions to do so. Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. Prizes are subject to availability. 9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. 10. The entry method is by going to the Easypromo facebook app and completing the tasks listed. This includes liking the Facebook page School Mum plus joining their e-mail newsletter list. 11. You must be able to show that you have liked the page at the time of the draw on request. 13. You may enter your details only once. 14. The competition will be randomly drawn at 2.00pm on Monday 24/03/2014 at School Mum Headquarters, Sandgate Qld. Entrants are not required to be present at the draw. 16. The promoter will notify the winner how the prize can be collected. 17. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter 18. The winner must claim the prize within 14 days of the prize draw by contacting School Mum. 25. An unclaimed prize draw would occur on the 24/06/2014 at 2.00pm at School Mum Clontarf at 2.00pm. 26. The re-draw winner of the prize would be notified by email and posted on our School Mum facebook page. 27. The promoters’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. 28.
