1. Information on how to enter and prizesform part of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open to all residents ofAustralia except employees and their immediate families of the Promoter; itsagencies associated with this promotion, Icon Film Distribution Australia andDendy Cinemas Australia.
3. Entries close midnight March 302014 AEST. Eligible entries MUST meet the entry criteria as specified at thepoint of entry including the purchase of a limited edition “Pompeii”gelato at aparticipating Gelatissimo store.   Multiple entries per person permitted. Entriesmust be entered submitted via the official Gelatissimo Facebook page - https://www.facebook.com/Gelatissimo?fref=ts
4. The decision to consume the Pompeii” gelato is made at the solediscretion of the entrant, based on the information available to them regardingthe ingredients that comprise the “Pompeii” flavour in Gelatissimo stores.
5. This is a game of skill and chance playsno part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged basedon originality and creative merits. The judges’ decision is final and nocorrespondence will be entered into. Entries will be judged by a panel ofexperts from Gelatissimo on March 31, 2014.
6. The (1) entry judged correct andmost deserving, as determined by the judges, will win a private, cateredscreening for themselves and 20 friends (total 21 persons) to see the movie,Pompeii either in 2D or 3D at cinema located in the town or city where theypurchased the Pompeii Gelato from a participating Gelatissimo store.
7. Screening must take place on a Monday orWednesday either afternoon or evening and is subject to session availability atthe nominated location.  Where availablethe film can be shown in either 2D or 3D. If a 3D version of the film is not available at the time of booking, thefilm will only be shown in 2D.
9. The winner must redeem their screeningwithin 3 months of being informed of their success in the competition.
9. Travel, transfer or parking costs toattend the screening at the nominated cinema are not included as part of theprize.
10. Catering for the screening willcomprise 1 x small popcorn, 1 x choc top and 1 x water or small softdrink foreach guest.  Product sizes are subject tothe standard servings as pertains to the location at which the screening hasbeen booked.
11. The prize cannot be exchanged for cashor any other products or services.
12. The promoter assumes no responsibilityfor any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation ortransmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorizedaccess to, or alteration of the competition. The Promoter is not responsiblefor any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, network or lines,computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software,technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, orany combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Entrant’s or anyother person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in ordownloading any materials in these competitions.
13. Winners will be notified by telephoneOR e-mail within one week of the judges’ decision.
14. By entering the promotion, unlessotherwise advised by the entrant, each entrant consents to the information theysubmit being entered into a database and the Promoter may use this informationin any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes withoutany further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. Allpersonal details of the entrants will be stored at the office of the Promoter.A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed tothat office. In addition,literary or creative artwork or photography pieces become the property of thePromoter and it’s promotional partners and it is a condition of entry thatthose pieces may be used by the Promoter for their own promotional, marketingand publicity purposes without restriction.
