Spa World Disclaimer and Delivery Timeframe; The prize will be shipped from Spa World within 28 days from the draw. Standard free shipping within Australia is included. The spa will be delivered via courier. Any additional/courier costs will be payable by the winner. Winner is responsible to get the spa into position. If the spa cannot go to it’s position because the access is not barrier free and the spa has to go back to the factory and be delivered at another date, a service fee, storage fee, and another delivery fee will be charged at the winner’s expense. All deliveries require a minimum of 2 men from the winner’s side to assist. Not included in any delivery pricing; 1. crane or hi-lift of spa, 2. electrical supply, connection or outlets, 3. level concrete slab, 4. sound proofing or filtration, 5. reinstatement or liability of damage caused to paved surfaces, turf, fences, etc., on private or public property whilst gaining access to the site, consistent with the contractors obligation to render services with due care and skill, 6. relocation reinstatements or alteration of drainage, sewer, water, gas, or other pipes, electrical or other wiring, 7. excavation of any kind, 10. responsibility for damage or delay due to strikes, fire, accidents, storms, traffic, or any other causes out of reasonable control, 11. responsibility or liability for work carried out by other trades people or anyone else not employed or authorised by Spa World.
