Two prizes will be drawn for each Caravan and Camping Show at a total value of $1000 per state.
Terms and Conditions
1. The promoter is Discovery Holiday Parks Pty Ltd (ABN 50 111 782 846) of L2/157 Grenfell Street, Adelaide SA 5000 (Discovery Holiday Parks).
2. Competition entry is open to those persons who:
a. are permanent Australian residents;
b. are aged 18 years of age or over; and
c. otherwise fulfil the application requirements set out in these terms and conditions (Eligible Entrant).
3. Entering this Competition is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
4. Employees or contractors of Discovery Holiday Parks or its related bodies corporate, or any suppliers of prizes, or the immediate family of such persons, are ineligible to enter this Competition. "Immediate family" means any of the following: spouse, parent, child or sibling, whether or not they live in the same household as the relevant person.
5. The prize is redeemable at Discovery Holiday Parks locations, which may change from time to time and an up-to-date list of the parks is available at
www.discoveryholidayparks.com.au.
6. All components of the prize must be redeemed in a single booking transaction, by no later than 24 December 2014. If the Prize remains unclaimed at this time, the Prize will be forfeited and may be used or distributed by Discovery Holiday Parks at its sole discretion.
7. The prize can only be used to purchase accommodation and may not be used for meals, sightseeing or any other arrangements. Accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking. An early booking is therefore recommended. Once the Accommodation Voucher has been used by the prize winner to make a reservation at Discovery Holiday Parks the accommodation Terms and Conditions will also apply. 8. The prize cannot be used during School Holidays, Public Holidays or Long Weekends.
9. The prize must be presented at the time of check-in by the prize winner. If the purchase exceeds the prize value, the prize winner must contribute the difference in value.
10. In no circumstances is the prize (or any of its elements) transferrable, exchangeable, substitutable or otherwise redeemable for cash. If the prize is lost, stolen or destroyed, it cannot be replaced or refunded.
11. No compensation will be payable by Discovery Holiday Parks if a winner is unable or unwilling to use the prize or any element of the prize as stated above, or if the winner's preferred dates or accommodation type are unavailable.
12. Discovery Holiday Parks' decision in relation to any aspect of this Competition, including the selection of any winner and the criteria applied by Discovery Holiday Parks in determining the winner, is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
13. Two prize winners will be drawn for each Caravan and Camping Show at Discovery Holiday Parks head office (located at Level 2, 157 Grenfell Street Adelaide SA 5000), on the third working day after the conclusion of each Caravan and Camping Show. Prize winners will be notified by phone on the draw dates by a Discovery Holiday Parks representative. Prize winners will be published on the Discovery Holiday Parks website on the

14. Discovery Holiday Parks reserves the right to require the winner to provide proof of age, proof of identity and/or residency to be awarded their prize. Identification considered suitable for such verification is at the discretion of Discovery Holiday Parks. Any entries of persons under the age of 18 will be void and Discovery Holiday Parks will not in any circumstances be obliged to award any prize to a legal guardian or parent of such entrant.
15. As a condition of accepting the prize, the prize winner may be requested to sign legal documentation as and in the form required by Discovery Holiday Parks and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
16. Entrants to the Competition consent to use of their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by Discovery Holiday Parks.
17. Discovery Holiday Parks reserves the right at any time to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter or submit, produce or distribute materials repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries for that entrant invalid.
18. Errors and omissions may be accepted at Discovery Holiday Parks' discretion. Failure by Discovery Holiday Parks to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
19. Discovery Holiday Parks makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or acceptability of any goods or services offered as prizes. To the extent permitted by law, Discovery Holiday Parks (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in connection with this Competition. This clause does not affect, and is not intended to affect, any rights a consumer might have, which are not able to be excluded under applicable Australian consumer protection laws.
20. Discovery Holiday Parks will collect personal information in order to conduct this Competition. Use and disclosure of such personal information will be covered by Discovery Holiday Parks' Privacy Policy. The personal information collected as part of the Competition is collected to enable Discovery Holiday Parks to administer the Competition and identify the winners. By entering this Competition, each participant consents to the use of their personal information for future marketing and promotional purposes of Discovery Holiday Parks, and its agents, contractors, service providers and prize suppliers.
21. Any email communication sent by Discovery Holiday Parks will have an “Unsubscribe” function.

23. If any term of these Terms and Conditions or the application thereof to any person or any circumstance shall be or become illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the same shall be read down, if such reading down is possible, and if found to be impossible, shall be severed and the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.
24. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of South Australia, New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and Western Australia.
