Promotional Terms and Conditions.
1. Information on How to Enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. The promotional period begins on the 14th March, 2014 and ends on the 23rd March 2014 at 11.59pm AEDST.
3. Eligible entrants must Like Bluemouth Interactive’s Facebook Page during the promotional period + enter the word “Hammond” on the Bluemouth wall or comments section - for the entry to be considered valid.
4. Only one entry per person will go into the random drawn.
4a. For a second chance, Eligible entrants can subscribe to Bluemouth’s Twitter feed during the promotional period and Retweet the Titanfall promotional posts for the entry to be considered valid.
5. Employees of Bluemouth Interactive, EA Australia and associated companies and their immediate families and any agencies associated with this promotion are excluded from entry.
6. The random draw will take place on or around at 10.00am on the 24th March, 2014 at Bluemouth Interactive, Suite 1502, 9 Yarra Street, South Yarra, 3141. Prize winners name will be published on the Facebook / Twitter page by 25th March, 2014. Winners will be advised via Facebook / Twitter, as appropriate.
7. The first 5 randomly-drawn, eligible entries will each receive:
1 x Titanfall game – valued at AUD$99 – on either PC, Xbox One, or Xbox360. (PAL). Winner to nominate format.

9. Photo Identity will be required to claim the prize. A clear link between the Facebook page of the winning entry and the person claiming to be the winner and the rightful owner of the Facebook account– must be able to be demonstrated by the claimant.
10. If a dispute as to the winner’s identity arises, an Australian Commonwealth statutory declaration, (or relevant country-specific equivalent) - must be signed by the winner in the presence of an authorised witness to justify the claimed identity. Two persons may not claim ownership of the one Facebook account. In such as case, the prize claim will be deemed invalid to both winners and a re-draw performed.
11. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same time and place as the original draw as is necessary on 1 April, 2014 in order to distribute the prize if it remains unclaimed by that date subject to any relevant legislation.
12. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any Claimant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
