‘SLEEPING TREASURES’ Giveaway Terms and Conditions of Entry
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY INTO SCA HYGIENE AUSTRALASIA PTY LTD ‘SLEEPING TREASURES’ FIVE DEGREES OF CHAOS READER GIVEAWAY (THE ‘COMPETITION’)1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms and conditions;however, to the extent that there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other published material, these terms and conditions will prevail. By participating in this Competition, each participant fully and unconditionally agrees and acknowledges that these terms and conditions are binding. This Competition is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winner.
2. The promoter is SCA Hygiene Australasia Pty Limited, ABN 62 004 191 324, (“SCA Hygiene”or the “Promoter”) of Ailsa Street, PO Box 117, Box Hill 3128 (“Promoter’s Offices”), Tel: 03 9258 0555.
3. The Competition commences at 12:00am Australian Eastern Daylight Saving Time (“AEDST”) on Friday 28 March 2014
and entries close at 11.59pm AEDST on Friday 4 April 2014 (the “Competition Period”).4.
Entry is open Entrants who fulfil the entry requirements in clause 5 (an “Eligible Entrant”). Entrants must be at least 18 years old. SCA Hygiene employees/contractors and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
5. To enter the Competition, an Eligible Entrant must, during the Competition Period:
a) Visit one Five Degrees of Chaos and confirm participation as per instructions given in the Competition Widget.
b) Share a comment/post on any of the topics listed below:
- A personal tip on how to keep children sleeping throughout the night.
- A method for how they kept their children sleeping throughout the night.
c) Include the hashtag #SleepingTreasures within the comment/post.
d) Comments must be made on the participating blog or the blogger’s selected social media channel, e.g. Facebook, as per the instructions in the Competition Widget

Have a delivery address, which is not a PO Box or Post Office address, within Australia. Any deliveries outside of Australia will be made at the promoter’s discretion.6. The Entry must be completely the Entrant’s own original work and cannot contain any copyright content belonging to a third party. The Entry must not contain content that is unlawful or fraudulent, in breach of any intellectual property, privacy or other rights, defamatory, obscene, derogatory, pornographic, sexually inappropriate, violent, abusive, harassing, threatening, objectionable with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, not suitable for children under the age of 15, or otherwise unsuitable for publication.

Entrants may submit multiple Entries during the Competition Period. However, each Entrant will be eligible for one prize.8. By entering the competition, Entrants give Treasures permission to share/publish the blog posts/comments on the Treasures website and its social media channels.
9. Each reader giveaway will be run on individual participating blog sites, as selected by the Promoter and its Agencies.
10. The Prize consists of 8 packs of 24 Treasuresnappies with maximum retail value $74 (TBC) (the “Prize”).
11. The total retail value and maximum Prize pool of all Prizes offered under this Competition is $2,300 at time of publication.
12. The prize may be exchangeable or redeemable for cash only at the promoter’s discretion.
13. Once the prizes have left the Promoter’s/Agent’s premises, the Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with the promotion will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, loss or damage to that prize.
14. The winning Entries will be those comments/posts determined to be the most creative and best written. Judging the competition entries will commence at 9:00am AEDST on Wednesday 9 April 2014 by the Promoter’s/Agent/Blogger (the “Judging”). The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into by the Promoter. The judges, at their discretion, may allocate fewer than the number of Prizes stated above (including in circumstances where insufficient Entries are received or Entries are judged to be of a poor standard).
15. The Winners will be contacted by Friday 11 April 2014 via the participating blog. Winners are to send through nappy sizes on time in order to receive prize. The participating blog will then announce the winner on their blog and/or social media channels attached to the blog. The name of the Winners will also be published on Treasures Facebook page on Monday 11 April 2014. Eligible Entrants are responsible for keeping the Promoter informed of any changes to their contact information during and immediately following the Competition Period.
12. Except for guarantees, warranties and conditions implied by law which cannot be excluded, the Promoter does not make any guarantees, representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality or suitability of any prizes awarded under these terms and conditions.
13. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by any legislation which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. This may include the Corporations Act 2001, the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, Australian Consumer Law or any equivalent State or Territory legislation. If any guarantee, warranty, term or conditions implied or imposed under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation in relation to any Prizes awarded under these terms and conditions cannot be excluded (a “Non-Excludable Provision”) and the Promoter is able to limit the remedy for a breach of the Non-Excludable Provision, then the liability of the Promoter for breach of the Non-Excludable Provision is limited to one or more of the following at the Promoter’s option:
a) The replacement of the prize or the supply of an equivalent prize.
b) The repair of the prize.
