Von Treskow Twisted bangle with Crown - Sweepstakes Official RulesNO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Please read these rules before entering the Von Treskow Twisted bangle w/ Crown Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”). You agree that, by submitting an entry, you will be bound by these Official Rules and you acknowledge that you satisfy all sweepstakes eligibility requirements.
Eligibility
If you are 18 or older at the time of entry, you are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Our employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our affiliates, advisors or advertising/promotion agencies (and their immediate family members) are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
How to Enter
You may enter the Sweepstakes beginning at 5.30 pm (AET) on 24 March 2014
and ending at 8.00 pm. (AET) on 7 April 2014 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). To enter you must:(1) go to
www.facebook.com/VonTreskow and click on the “Enter Now” tab;
(2) click the “Like” button to “Like” the page
www.facebook.com/VonTreskow if you have not already done so; and
(3) complete the online entry form. You must have a Facebook account and be logged in to your
account to “Like” the page
www.facebook.com/VonTreskow. Entry may not be available on mobile devices.
Mailing List
By entering the Sweepstakes, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials for Von Treskow. You may unsubscribe at any time clicking the "unsubscribe" link contained within the email.
Prize
We will award one Prize consisting of one sterling silver twisted bangle with Australian Crown coin.
Prize Drawing.
The potential winner will be selected at a random drawing to be held on 7 April 2014. We must receive eligible entries during the Sweepstakes Period for them to be eligible for the drawing. We will notify the potential winner by email within 5 business days following the drawing, and he/she will be required to contact us to arrange delivery. We will post the items free of charge, registered with Australia Post. We will select an alternative potential winner if the potential winner does not claim the prize within 72 hours of notification, or meet the eligibility criteria. The prize will be awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. One additional entry will be awarded to each referrer whose friend enters via their shared link.

After we confirm the winner, we will post the winner’s name at
www.vontreskow.com.au/facebook-winner until 14 April 2014. The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
