Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions of Entry.

Entry is only open to Australian residents who are aged 13 years and older, and who are registered as ‘liking’ the official Jalna Dairy Foods Facebook fan page during the time of the promotion or earlier. Employees and the immediat families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.Immediate family means any of the
following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent,step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin. If you are under 18 years old as at the start date of the competition, you are required to obtain your legal guardian’s permission to enter and by entering you consent that you have done so.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant and exclude from the competition if deemed appropriate. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
4. The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
5. The Promotion consists of four phases.
Phase 1 of the Promotion commences Monday 24th March 2014 at4.00pm AEST and finishes Sunday 30th March 2014 at 4:00pm AEST
Phase 2 of the Promotion commences Monday 31st March 2014 at4:00pm AEST and finishes Sunday 6th April at 4:00pm AEST
Phase 3 of the Promotion commences Monday 7th April 2014 at4:00pm AEST and finishes Sunday 13th April at 4:00pm AESTPhase 4 of the Promotion commences Monday 14th April 2014 at4:00pm AEST and finishes Sunday 20th April at 4:00pm AEST
6. The judging will be conducted by a panel at Red EngineSCC, Suite 9, 281 Pacific Highway, North Sydney, 2060.
Phase 1 will be judged on Monday the 31st of March between the hours of 9am and 6 pm AEST
Phase 2 will be judged on Monday the 7th of April between the hours of 9am and 6 pm AEST
Phase 3 will be judged on Monday the 14th of April between the hours of 9am and 6 pm AEST
Phase 4 will be judged on Monday the 21st of April between the hours of 9am and 6 pm AEST
The winners will be announced on the Jalna Facebook page according to the following schedule
Phase 1 will be announced on Friday 4th of April between the hours of 9am and 6 pm AEST
Phase 2 will be announced Friday 11th of April between the hours of 9am and 6 pm AEST
Phase 3 will be announced on Friday the 18th of April between the hours of 9am and 6 pm AEST
Phase 4 will be announced on Monday the 25th of April between the hours of 9am and 6 pm AEST
Winners will be notified in the comments and asked to contact Jalna via private message.
Prizes will be posted to the address nominated by the winner/s (Australian Residents only) following completion of the Promotion. No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoterf or any lost Prizes. Prizes must be claimed within 3 months. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Each entrant consents to the Promoter publishing details of a winner or winning entry on its facebook page or website.

Phase Three:

8. The best and most creative/original entries, as judged by the Promoter, will win each Phase. As a game of skill, entries will be judged solely on creative merit. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. Any entry not including a creative response to the question statement shall be deemed invalid.
9. There will be twelve (12) winners in total, comprising of three winners per phase.

10. Total prize pool value is AUD $4796.55 RRP. Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prizes or any unused portion of a prize are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The prize is subject to the conditions stipulated by the provider.
