1. About the Competition
1.1 The "Rawson Homes-Mother’s Day Competition” of Rawson Homes" competition ("Competition") is administered by Rawson Homes Pty Ltd, ABN: 67 053 733 841.
1.2 No purchase or entry fee is required to enter or win the Competition. However, entering the Competition involves browsing on the Rawson Homes Pty Ltd Facebook page and you may therefore incur data charges from your internet services provider.
1.3 Rawson Homes Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel or change the Competition and/or amend these Terms and Conditions without notice in the event there is an actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside Rawson Homes Pty Ltd reasonable control.
1.4 It is a condition of entry that competitors agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
1.5 In the event of any dispute regarding these Terms and Conditions, the conduct, results and all other matters relating to the Competition, the decision of Rawson Homes Pty Ltd shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
1.6. Entry is open to permanent residents of NSW and the ACT (Australia). Employees of the promoter and their associated agencies and companies and their families are ineligible to enter.
2. Entries
2.1 Entrants are asked to enter by submitting their details and enter a description in less than 25 words about

2.2 Families; husbands, partners and children aged 13 and over can also submit an application in the name of the mother.
2.3 By entering the Competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Rawson Homes Pty Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants. Rawson Homes Pty Ltd reserves the right to remove all submitted entries if these instructions are not followed and/or if a participant is found to have cheated. Further, Rawson Homes Pty Ltd reserves the right not to award a prize (and to select an alternative winner) if Rawson Homes Pty Ltd is aware or has reasonable grounds to believe a winner is not eligible.
2.4 Rawson Homes Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for lost or misdirected entries.
2.5 Entrants must be 13 years or over.
2.6 Competitors are only eligible to enter once either by themselves or by someone else (by family members, husbands, partners, children) who nominated them on their behalf. However there is no restriction to the number of times the entry may be used by Rawson Homes for promotional purposes.
2.7 The entry that is submitted onto the Rawson Homes Facebook competition page and is thereby granting the content property of Rawson Homes. Rawson Homes may store content for future endeavours and use at leisure without seeking permissions or consent from original source.
2.8 The promoter reserves the right to request verification of identity, residential address of winners at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity. Verification is at the promoter’s discretion, whose decision is final. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way with interfering or tampering with the conduct or integrity of the promotion.
2.9 The promotion commences 9am AEST 15th April 2014 and entries close 23:59:59pm AEST 12th of May 2014.
2.9A The final prize winner of the competition will be announced 11:00am-5.30pm AEST 13th May 2014 from Rawson Homes Suite 1, Level 2, Building F, Homebush Bay Drive, Rhodes, NSW 2138.
2.9B All winners must claim their prizes before the 13th of August 2014.
2.10 The multiple redraw will occur at 10am AEST 13th August 2014 at Rawson Homes Suite 1, Level 2, Building F, Homebush Bay Drive, Rhodes, NSW 2138. All the redraw winners will be contacted via the Rawson Homes Facebook page, telephone or email.
3. Prizes
A lucky winner will be drawn daily in the nominated period in the 4 weeks prior to Mother’s Day to win a Pete Evans Healthy Everyday cook book. Once a week all entrants will go in the draw to win a Breville Nespresso Pixie Coffee Machine and at the end of the 4 weeks all entrants will go in the draw to win $1500 cash.
x1 winner will be selected for each day during the nominated period (Tuesday 15th of APRIL UNTIL Monday the 12nd of May) and will receive a Pete Evans Healthy Everyday cook book.
x1 winner will be selected for each week and will receive a Breville Nespresso Pixie Coffee Machine.
x1 winner will be selected to win a cheque to the value of $1500 prize.
All entrants will be eligible for all types of prizes throughout the competition period. If you win a cookbook or coffee machine you will not be removed from subsequent draws, but you cannot win the same type of prize again (cook book or coffee machine depending on which of these you previously won).

3.2 Prizes will be delivered to the entrant’s nominated address.
3.3 The prize is unable to be redeemed for cash, credit and not transferrable and not to be sold. The winning entry/entries will be determined by Rawson Homes and announced and notified online at the Rawson Homes Facebook competition page.
3.4 Prize pack is final and cannot be altered.
3.5 Participants can only win one spot prize during the term of the Competition.
3.6 Participants can only win one first prize as pre-mentioned cheque in the Competition.
3.7 Rawson Homes Pty Ltd does not accept any responsibility for variations in the value of the prize awarded.
3.8 We will contact winners directly via Facebook, telephone or email no later than 5 days of the Competition winners announcement. Winners will be deemed to have received our Facebook post, message or email within
3 months of sending. Winners must reply to this post, message or email to claim their prize. If a prize is not claimed in time, a new winner will be randomly selected and the first winner will have forfeited their right to receive a prize.

4.1 Personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with national data protection legislation of the participant's country of residence.
4.2 By entering the Competition, you explicitly confirm that you consent to your personal data being held by Rawson Homes Pty Ltd in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your personal data may be processed by Rawson Homes, the Rawson Group Pty Ltd company in your country and third party suppliers to the Rawson Group, such as our marketing agencies.
4.3 Please note that Rawson Homes Pty Ltd reserves the right to use the names of winners for publicity purposes.
5. Miscellaneous
5.1 By participating in this Competition you agree to accept these Terms & Conditions for the Competition.
5.2 Rawson Homes Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time subject to Regulatory Authority Approval. Furthermore, Rawson Homes Pty Ltd reserves the right to extend, change or terminate the Competition at any time.

Rawson Homes Pty Ltd does not otherwise accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants of the Prize Draw or as a result of losing or accepting any prize.
6.3 Rawson Homes Pty Ltd is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet, or any website, or any combination of these, including any injury or damage to entrants or any other persons computer or mobile phone relating to or resulting from participation in the Prize Draw.
