Terms & ConditionsEntry into the competition is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions of these Conditions of Entry.
Entry to the competition is open to Australian residents over the age of 18 only and is limited to one entry per person.
Employees and the immediate families of the promoter, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
Personal details submitted for the purpose of entering the competition will be shared with Crabtree & Evelyn for marketing purposes and where permitted subscribing to Crabtree & Evelyn email updates.
Competition commences Monday 28 April 2014. Entries close Wednesday 30 April 2014 at 5.00pm AEST (the “Promotion Period”).
The prizes are not refundable, not redeemable for cash and not transferable.
Incomplete, inaudible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries.
The five (5) best entries during the promotional period, as judged by the Promoter, will win the prize.

The winners will be notified by email. After the winners have been confirmed and a current delivery address is provided the prizes will be posted to the winners (allow 4 weeks for delivery).
The Promoter will take no responsibility if the prize winner’s contact details are incorrect or incomplete and the prize winners cannot be contacted.
There will be five (5) winners in total. The winners will receive a Crabtree & Evelyn Prize Pack including a Bath & Shower Gel, Body Lotion and Hand Therapy valued at $80rrp (AUD).
Total prize pool value is $400 (AUD). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.
