SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. Sweepstake begins May 1st, 2014 at 12:01 a.m. AEST,
and ends May 13th, 2014 at 11.59pm AEST.ELIGIBILITY.
Open to residents of Australia and New Zealand, who are 18 or older, except employees of Sponsors, and any other organisations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement or promotion and/or their respective agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and members of their immediate families or persons residing at the same address.
HOW TO ENTER.
No Purchase Necessary. Enter online by visiting the website at www.florsheim.com.au/MothersDay. Entrant may choose vote on their favourite Florsheim handbag and share with their friends through Facebook, Twitter or Pinterest. However, neither of which are required for an official eligible entry. Entrant may skip this page and continue to the entry form by clicking the “skip” button on the landing page, or clicking “vote” on one of the styles. To submit an eligible entry, complete the online entry form with your first and last name, e-mail address, and telephone number. Click the “Submit” button to submit your entry into the sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person.DRAWING. The Sponsor will choose five prize winners of a Florsheim Handbag. The winner may choose the style they prefer however availability is limited. Winners announced during the week proceeding May 5th, 2014. The winners will be announced via Facebook (Florsheim Australia Facebook page) and will be notified via Email within five (5) business days of the Draw Date at the contact information provided on the entry form. If a selected entrant cannot be reached within five (5) business days of the Draw Date, then he/she will be disqualified and another entrant will be randomly selected until such time as contact is made with a selected entrant or there are no more eligible entries, whichever comes first. The Sponsor will not be responsible for failed attempts to contact a selected entrant.
ODDS. Odds of being selected for a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received by the contest Closing Date. When you enter the contest online, you can also opt-in to receive promotional offers and emails from Sponsor. You can opt-out of receiving such offers and emails at any time and opting-in does not impact your chances of winning.
LIMIT ON ENTRIES. Limit One Entry Per Person.
PRIZE. Grand Prize: Five Florsheim handbags.LIMITATIONS ON PRIZES. One prize per entrant. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portions thereof) of equal or greater value if prize (or portions thereof) cannot be awarded as described. Sponsor will determine all elements of prizes in its sole discretion. All prizes will be awarded, unless there are fewer entries than prizes, in which case all remaining prizes will be donated to charity. Prize may not be assigned, transferred, changed or redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
The awarding of any prize is contingent upon full compliance with these Official Rules. Entrants agree to be bound by Official Rules. Entrants understand that Sponsor is not liable for injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in this contest and acceptance, possession and use of prize. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any non-conforming entries.
