Your participation in Ebates Sponsored Giveaway or Promotion ("Giveaway") shall be deemed to be your complete acceptance of the Official Rules, which are final and binding. Ebates Giveaway includes but not limited to promotions hosted by third party bloggers and other affiliate hosted events and contests. Only authorized Ebates account holders are eligible for these Giveaways. Winning a prize at each Giveaway is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Each Entrant, regardless how many Ebates user accounts the Entrant has signed up, shall be entitled to make only one (1) entry into a single Giveaway. In the event that EBATES deems an Entrant to have made multiple applications to enter or to have acted in bad faith with respect to a particular Giveaway, the Entrant shall be excluded from that Giveaway and consequently ineligible to win the promotional prize.
An Entrant may enter more than one Giveaways in any given period. However, due to the frequency of Ebates’ Giveaways, no Entrant (or individual) may obtain more than one (1) promotional prize in a period of consecutive twelve (12) months. Unless otherwise specified in a Giveaway, the total aggregated prize in the Entrant’s life time as an Ebates member cannot exceed $500 in cash value (this includes any member that deactivates an Ebates account than subsequently re-activate or opens a new account). A winning prize for any Giveaway is neither transferable to another individual nor exchangeable for other items.
In the event that the operation, security, or administration of a Giveaway is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problem, Ebates may, in its sole discretion, suspend the prize of that Giveaway to address the impairment and then resume the Giveaway in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules.
Ebates reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual or Entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Further, Ebates’ failure to enforce any term of the Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
By entering the Giveaway each Entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Ebates, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever from the Giveaway Prize.
Ebates reserves the right from time to time to amend or change these Official Rules at any time and in its sole discretion.
