Synopsis:
Shot entirely in Nashville, Tennessee, each episode of the series features original songs by established and breakout songwriters sung by the stars of the series, with 13-time Grammy Award winner T Bone Burnett (Inside Llewyn Davis) as Music Producer.
The show follows country music legend and entertainment icon Rayna Jaymes (Connie Britton) who has been one of the industry’s top female vocalists for two decades. However it’s not enough to compete with the new generation of talent as her long time label attempts to steamroll her into being the opening act for newcomer Juliette Barnes (Hayden Panettiere) – the hottest new act in the business, who isn’t about to let anyone stand in her way.
