10.The competition opens at 12.05am on Monday, May 12, 2014 and closes at 5pm on Wednesday, May 21, 2014.
11.The winners will be drawn at Leader’s Blackburn office on Thursday, May 22, 2014 at 10am.
12.One entry allowed per person. Leader Community Newspapers reserves the right to invalidate all multiple entries submitted by one person.
13.Leader Newspapers reserves the right to disqualify any person who attempts to corrupt or tamper with the entry process.
