(c) Fill out our sign up form by supplying your full name, gender, DOB, phone number and email address to enter the draw.
Competition Prize
1 x Major Prize Only
1.2 x return economy flights (winner + guest) to/from winner’s nearest capital city up to the value of $1000 per person.
2.Airport transfers to/from Hamilton Island airport valued at $100. All other transfers including transfers to/from winner’s capital city airport plus any other transfers on Hamilton Island (outside of prize package transfers) are the responsibility of winner.
3.Sailing Adventures package; 9 x nights accommodation (arriving Friday August 15 and departing Sunday August 24th) at Yacht Harbour Towers, participation in Hamilton Island sailing regatta including mlitiple races (Lindeman’s Island Race, Race 4-6 of regatta), training, boat familiarisation and race briefing as part of 10 member crew, one of 2 Sailing Adventures boats, all food and beverage (excluding spirits), valued at $6250 per person. The winner must be available to travel on this date.

Entrants are limited to 1 (one) entry only.This is a chance of luck draw competition, not based on skill.
Entry is open to residents of Australia only. Excludes New Zealand, NT and ACT.
All Entrants must be 18 years or older.Employees and agents (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, True Alliance and retail stores along with the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter the promotion.
By entering the promotion, and forming a database the entrant consents to receive emails regarding the promotion from the Promoter and other emails which inform the entrant of the Promoter’s other promotions, products, and events.
Participants will have the option to unsubscribe to communications by Nautica should they chose at any point.
All entries become the property of the Promoter.
The draw will be made on Tuesday May 27 at 10:00am at Nautica, Level 1, 151 Crown St, Darlinghurst, NSW 2010. The winners will be notified by email or phone immediately, within the day of the draw. Provided the winner claims the prize by contacting the promoter, the name will be posted on Nautica website on Tuesday May 27 2014 at 10am.
The winner must claim his/her prize by Monday June 2 10.00am, within 6 days of being notified. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited. If the winner is unable to flifil the prize during the specified time period, the winner forfeits the prize package with no compensation or further liability of the promoter.
The re draw will take place at 10am on Monday June 2 Nautica, Level 1, 151 Crown St, Darlinghurst, NSW 2010. The winners will be notified by email or phone immediately. The names will be posted on Nautica website on Wednesday June 4th 2014.
It is the winners’ responsibility to provide accurate contact details.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries at any time during or after the promotional period, and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Prizes must be taken as offered. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer. The prize is valued in Australian dollars. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.
The Promoter is entitled to use any of the entries submitted in any manner and for any purpose at its absolute discretion, including using the entries for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. The promoter is entitled to amend, edit, select, crop, retouch, add to or delete from any part of the submitted entry.
In the event that a portion of the prize is awarded to the winner in the form of a voucher / ticket / pass/ letter, redemption of that portion of the prize will be subject to the terms and conditions stipulated on the voucher / ticket / pass/ letter. The Promoter will not be liable for any voucher / ticket / pass/ letter that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to prizes or vouchers in transit.
The winner must adhere to the facilities guidelines when in the 3rd party premises.
The prize winner is required to purchase personal travel insurance at their cost. The Promoter and/ or the associated retailer will not be liable for personal injury suffered while wearing or participating in prize winnings, including allergic reactions or any other condition.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for: (a.) inaccurate / incorrect transcription of entry information; (b.) purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they were incorrectly uploaded or misdirected, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, or sent other than as directed in the entry instructions; (c.) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition; (d.) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition; (e.) any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a winner; or (f.) any technical difficlities or equipment malfunction (whether or not under either Promoter’s control); (g.) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference.
If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned due to causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition subject to any written directions from the relevant state regliatory bodies.
The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual, who tampers with the entry process.
The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries.
The prize package is non-transferable and non-refundable. The prize winner must be available to travel on the date of the prize. The prize must be redeemed as is stated or else forfeited by the winner.
All prize elements cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer.
Winner(s) cannot change, vary, substitute or extend any element of the prize (in whole or in part). If the prize or portion of the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize up to equal value, as decided by the Promoter.
All elements of the prizes are subject to availability, including flights and hotel.
Redemption of the prize package is subject to the standard terms and conditions and guidelines of Sailing Adventures and their accommodation partner Yacht Harbour Towers.
Spending money, additional meals, spirits, transfers costs not outlined and experience exclusions such as golf fees (valued at $150 per person) and Go Kart fees ($60 per person) are the responsibility of the winner.
Winners will be required to sign a waiver from the promoter and Sailing Adventures to constitute complete and unconditional release from any personal injury liability or death suffered as a result of participating in this prize package, including but not limited; to yacht racing and sailing activities.
